The location is close to the beach as well close to the centre around to a lot of markets as well park places. The stuff was very friendly and kind.

I liked everything about it! The location is superb, i got the apartment with a sea view and it was totally worth it.

No complaints with the accommodation, the local beach was disgustingly full of rubbish and plastic. Shame on the local authority.

We stayed in the "blue apartments and beach" from 03.08.2021 to 15. 08.2021. We arrived with friends by cars and rented 2 apartments. Before arrival, a separate consultation with the owner was made through the booking.com or whether there is free parking. We were told that yes, everything will be ok. As a result, the parking lot turned out to be a street with heavy traffic, where 2 cars can’t miss, so, according to our observations, most cars go with "scratched" sides, mirrors, etc. And if you need to leave somewhere, your place will be taken by another car, and on arrival you had to park even on the beach of the owner of the "blue apartments and beach". But that was just the beginning… We had to pay the final amount for our accommodation so we were told to do it at “the blue bar”. During the payment, the kitchen door was opened, and we saw unsanitary conditions in which food is prepared (flies, dirt, etc.). We immediately decided not to eat there in any case, so as not to completely ruin the holiday. But when we came to the private beach of our apartments, it turned out that every 3 hours we have to buy food for at least three euros per person from their bar. We had a shock! We tried to prove that paid does not mean to eat food of dubious cooking, but it was all in vain. During the two days of discussion, we were already covered in such a stream of dirt from the hosts that we decided to go to the beach elsewhere so as not to see the "friendly" hosts and the appropriate behavior. If you think that the beaches of the coast in Nea Peramos are clean, transparent with blue water, as we thought when planning the vacation, but it’s not!!! Beaches are dirty with dry grass, thorns, garbage (photo attached), the water isn’t much better. On the first day of arrival there were packs of cigarettes and paper, and other human waste.

Very nice apartment, first line on the beach. Incredibly nice hosts, very helpful. They have a cafe next to the apartment, which is very handy for breakfast, coffee and ice cream. The kids loved the vacation. We’ll stay there again :)

The noise! There was a tavern close to the apartment.
