Location was decent. Staff was nice. Parking was available.
No restaurant in the hotel and therefore dinner became a big headache each evening as there were few restaurants in Val Gardena and all required pre booking a table. Infrared heating in the room meant cold floors and wet towels. Breakfast was basic with no change whatsoever. Definitely not value for money at more than 200 eur a night.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, lovely decor, good breakfast selection (continental). Tea available all day in the communal lounge. Good location (Selva) nice walk into the centre. Friendly staff. Beds made and fresh towels daily. Good parking. Would 100% book again. Free bus passes to get around the region.

The property is recently refurbished and looks great.
The hotel is finished with high quality but there are small but annoying things missing here and there. E.g. there is no thrash cans anywhere, there is a recommendation to try the great alpine tap water but no glasses in room, there is dining table but no cutlery, dishes, etc, there is a kind ask not to use hotel towels for shoe cleaning but why not instead put a specific towel in rooms for that (everybody comes here to hike and don’t want to travel with dirty boots)… the owners should really spend a night or two at their own venue to get the experience right. The expensive and time consuming things have been done to perfection. It’s a shame that the details are not really cared for.

The stay was good, the room is clean and cosy. We arrived night time and check in was a breeze. Due to the cold weather, we’re truly happy with the bathroom as it has heated floor, it’s so comfortable to walk around with our bare feet! Breakfast is simply delightful, I really enjoyed the pure raw honey! They also have an adorable dog as well as a cat. Owner was really friendly and hospitable, we were given some pointers and recommendations on where to go and how to go there which was really appreciated. Parking space is sufficient, right outside the hotel, it’s safe. We would certainly love to come back and stay again!

Nice and vary spacious appartment and bus stop really closet to the Hotel. A pleasant note for the small dog and the two cats of the owners, they are wonderful! My daughter really enjoied them

It was in a quieter side of Val Gardena. It was very clean and the breakfast was good - cappuccino included! Restaurants, lifts and shopping were not that far away - a good walking distance.
The room was a little on the small size. The towels could have been upgraded. We couldn't seem to control the heat and the room was too hot at night. Had to keep the balcony door open and the host cat came in at night. Also, it was a bit of a hike to the lift and if you couldn't figure out how to ski back, the trek home was a bit much or had to take a ski bus which didn't go all the way.

The location was nice. The owner did speak English.
Do not stay at this location if you are planning a last minute visit. We were unable to check in for 1 1/2 hours due to no one was at the hotel. Could not move to another hotel due to a non refundable payment. We missed our dinner reservations due to this. Also, we had a strobe light in our room. Could not use the main light.

Comfortable friendly and helpful. Pre visit Teresa helped with all our requests. Family room was brilliant. Lovely having a kitchen area. Breakfast was tasty. All round would very much like to go back.
Breakfast lacked variety. Maybe the offer of something cooked. Even just scrambled eggs would be a nice addition.
We booked a double room for our two adult children. It was very small. No twin bed. So avoid room 6 if you can.
