The owner/Manager was very friendly and helpful. He was keen to do all he could to make sure our stay was comfortable & made all attempts possible to have free Campers removed. Great location.

Free campers camping on land behind Motel, played loud music and talking loudly well into early hours of morning.

Location good for a one night stay

Car parking narrow and front rooms right on main road.

Only issue is the onsite parking if you have anything bigger than a hatchback. If other travellers don't park far enough in you either can't park or can't get out. There was no available on-street parking. I now wish I had parked across the street in McDonalds carpark rather than have my car damaged

Noisy road. Dated and in need of renovation. Power outage during the night for street maintainance.

Location was really good. I was able to walk to the supermarket. The owner/manager (Jim) was friendly and helpful. The room quite comfy and suited our needs, and had been cooled for our arrival!

Nothing really. It was air conditioned, lovely hot water, toiletries provided, hairdryer, ironing board/iron, good little fridge, flat screened TV, fresh sheets and towels……AND THE MATTRESS WAS SO COMFORTABLE! We slept like logs!

Location was great, the city was well within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy and very comfortable for our overnight stay. We would stay here again.

Excellent value for money. The m,anager is really nice and always willing to help. The room was very nice for the money. It is very close to all restaurants, etc.

It was all good.

The room smelled musty and weird. The room itself is old and tired. The carpet needs replacing and has a burn mark from an iron! The front door was covered in dirt and marks. Very misled by the 4.2/5 rating. Must be lots of friends and relatives making this rating rise above a 2.

No food.management was so helpful and obliging. Room was in excellent order. The management went above and beyond to help 2 older ladies with good advice .
