It was a nice self contained unit, had everything we needed for our stay

Great little unit a bit surprised to be in someone's back yard. Owner available at all times who gave great advice regarding travel times etc.. Comfy bed, good heating.

WiFi hopeless unless out on driveway, small TV with Freeview only. Just frying pan and toaster to cook with, large rangehood but no stove top, doable but limiting and some of the kitchen wear needed washing before use.

checked in after a long drive down to Te Anau, the man in charge was so kind and welcoming, we felt very relaxed immediately. upon entering the cottage, it felt like a home away from home, with plenty of space and comforts to make our stay even nicer. perfect for a weekend getaway, very civilized and well maintained. absolutely recommend staying here.

No provision of crockery or cutlery very small room, not a king room as advertised. Thin walls can hear people next door. front door very difficult to lock. Dusty and vanity had a lot of hair from previous guest.
