Horrible smell in unit 1 - 2brm apartment. Had to sleep with windows open. The smell made the place feel dirty. Women receptionist said, “what do you want” when I walked in, how rude lady, use your manners! Another guest had mentioned this in her feedback. I wish I had read all the feedback, I would never have stayed here. Old, tired, bathroom floors sticky, toilet smelt.

Saw small worms in toilet. Room smells cigarettes. Heater not working

Install heatpump to improve fresh air sucks out smelly air n pump in fresh air

The hotel was in the perfect location, staff were friendly, the room was clean and tidy with good facilities. We were able to park right outside the room.

Pleasant garden view. Room was spacious and quiet.

Furnishings a bit tired. Cleanliness could have been better.

Very comfy beds and warm room.

Quiet , park outlook from unit. Central location. Clean & comfy. Well equipped. Good parking.
