Reception closed quite often in the summer. Location is 2000 so very quiet in the summer. You have to travel down to 1950 to find any restaurants or supermarkets.

- not very clean on arrival but they require leaving the apartment cleaned on departure or pay extra 48 euro - taking a deposit - it has been a week since we left but they are still holding my deposit even though they told me all was good and they released it on departure, even gave me a receipt but still showing on my account as held, - old and used crockery, pans, fridge and dirty walls - everything needs replacing in the kitchen as it all passed their usage date long time ago - view on the lift and balcony unusable due to old snow covering it completely, if it was fresh snow no problem, but it hadn’t snow for days…all other properties had they balcony cleared of snow

Amazing location - ski in and ski out + proper ski lockers. Nice sauna and pool area. Beautiful view. Possibility to rent equipment like a Raclette. Really nice and competent manager :)

The radiator cannot be adjusted by yourself, the hotel staff needs to do that. We asked a question on booking.com and only got a response on our last day of the stay, which was way too late and not helpful.

It was just as good as the pictures tell. Furthermore the nature is very beautiful.

I didn’t like the receptionist (manager). We got into an argument. The receptionist didn’t listen at all, but only got angry with me and started to talk in French. Disrespectful in my opinion.

Our view was splendid and only few steps away from the lifts. We visited in summer but for skiing visits this accomodation is simply the best location. We came with a dog so the owner thought about giving us a ground floor apartment. What a lovely attention.
