location was great for access to the slopes

reception 20 minutes walk away NO access to sauna/relaxation area no response to emails from accommodation staff to be able to get internet had to walk 20 mins again to get Wi-Fi box toilet door handle & cupboard door hinges broken no satellite tv no access to boot room from street apartment generally tired shower bracket broken and not position to have shower

location is excellent

it didn’t feel clean and the oven door glass was shattered on arrival meaning we were unable to use the oven for almost 3 days of our stay, the sauna and spa facilities were closed for the duration of our stay but we were we not offered any compensation or reduction in price we had stayed at another hotel for 3 nights in the resort and were able to use the spa facilities at the time of booking the spa facilities were included and was the only reason we chosen that apartment, we were given no codes for the access to the ski and boot room we had get those from another resident also the boot heaters did not work and so we had carry up down our boots each day and heat them over night ourselves, the block having taken over by new management after covid is not the same as pre covid the standard has really dropped, also no longer a reception available at anytime other than being in a another block on the opposite side of the resort

The spa facilities were great.

The spa could have been open later in the evening.
