This hotel is located just over the bridge from the main part of Pontevedra. The beds were lovely and comfortable and we had a lovely view of the river from our room. The breakfast options were good.

I liked the location which was just 10-15minutes walk away from old town of Pontevedra. Liked the room, it was clean and comfy. Good cleaning service during the stay.

The door seemed to be damaged a bit, so it seemed like they won't stay closed if you would try to get without a key.

excellent value

Very well appointed room, equipped with everything a traveler might need, including bathrobes, slippers, all kinds of toiletries and even a hair press! Electrically operated shutters that provide comfort and quiet, great views to the river. Very comfortable bed.

The hotel was great inside. Like a step back in time. The exterior does it no favors as is very dated.

The hotel was not very central, around a 15 minute walk. The side of the city it is ok has nothing to offer while walking the Camino.

Nice clean room, comfortable beds and excellent service

The view from the room was great. The room is well equipped for anything you might need. It was clean and tidy. Receptionist was helpful. There is secured storage for a bike ( electric gate and two dogs!). Room was good value for money. Lots of art on the walls. Easy to get on the Camino from hotel. The bed is electrically adjustable and shower v powerful.

As you are across the bridge from the main town your eating out options are limited but there is a mall about 500m away that has food as well as local cafes .

Older styling, but still comfortable.

The front is uninviting in a busy street of unattractive buildings. The entrance hall is tiny and the reception is in an alcove. However the lift took us smoothly to our room on the 4th floor, which was first class with a view over to the river. The ensuite was excellent and equipped with everything you might possibly need. Having mobility problems, I particularly appreciated the grab handle over the bath. There is private parking over the road. I highly recommend it

It is in an unattractive location

This was the best hotel during my Camino trip. It was lovely to stay there. It was clean, comfortable and most important only 4 euro more expensive than albergues where you sleep with 50 -60 people. The hotel was beyond my expectation. Everything was perfect. There was everything you need including shaving cream, hairdryer and hair iron. I am amazed and I tottaly will recommend this hotel in my blog and to all of my friends who are going to Camino. All others places should learn from Hotel Don Pepe. Bravo ❤️

I like everything. Perfect hotel.

Nice hotel, with a vintage feel, especially the bathroom. The staff was great and the room had all the commodities and more! The street in front is busy but the room was at the back and so we couldn't hear the traffic. There is a carpark opposite the hotel for a small fee and Pontevedra is at a walkable distance. Great to avoid driving in the city centre.

The room, the location, the ease of access, the service of the staff, the view from the room...all awesome and the value for money is excellent.

Just the fact that some mentioned the restaurant and it was not only closed but also no kitchen. So breakfast was mainly Nescafé, cold cuts and bakery. But the variety was good anyhow...

Room was clean and had all the amenities including bath robes. The breakfast area was nice and had a lot of options.

Location was a little far from Pontevedra as it was across the bridge from downtown.

some nice touches: bathrobe, slippers, very warm room in January! very useful to have a parking right up front, breakfast was okay and served until 10. service from the front desk was excellent!
