thé location and the apartments were great . we had amazing animals in the grounds beds v comfy

great location, in the Middle of ST, but still quiet. very helpful staff.

The hotel is centrally located, but not on the main road, so it is very quiet. The rooms are comfortable, and clean, including the kitchen. The beds are comfortable with soft linens. The balcony has a great hammock. we took the room facing the pool so we had lots of fun at the balcony and in the pool. There is also free coffee in the pool area, and excellent laundry service. Rotem and Avi, the owners, provide courteous and patient service for any request or question. 

The bathroom has hot water but the water flow is not strong (quite characteristic of the Santa Teresa area in general)

Beautiful setting, wonderful garden with the pool in the centre, lovely bungalows with own terrace and hammock, animal watching, great coffee included all day, super friendly staff, laid back atmosphere, a little off the busy main road and just 5mins from the beach, great restaurants, shops and farmers store around the corner. we could have stayed forever!

Amazing service...the host helped us with so many things, even after our stay! Room was clean, cleaning staff was fantastic, fast and friendly! Can recommend it to everyone! Pool and garden is amazing too!

Good room, nice pool and lovely tropical setting. The cleaning and maintenance staff were great. Near to beach, good restaurants etc.

We had a small problem with flying ants in a beam in the room but the staff dealt with this quickly and efficiently. There were also quite often animals making a bit of noise on the roof but you have to expect that kind of thing in a tropical setting! Beyond the cleaning / maintenance staff, we didn’t see any other staff, so weren’t really checked in etc and it was lucky we speak Spanish.

Beautiful pool / spacious bungalows / location was perfect.

Our stuff was stolen from the apartment when we left to go out. The owner was really helpful and extended our stay in the apartment

Kitchen is well equipped with the basics. The little terrace is great, with a hammock. Located near restaurants, grocery stores.

Not as comfortable as shown in the photos. Good location but not beachfront. No restaurant or other services in the hotel. Definitely not accesible for persons with disabilities.
