Great beautiful place to stay, but really not 5 stars. rooms comfortable and clean, but no coffee machine, small tv no Netflix option, internet very bad. breakfast to simple.

The staff was above and beyond with customer service, as well as the breakfast each morning. And the location was perfect for being in Ioannina. Although parking was a short walk to a paid parking lot, the Staff carried my luggage when I arrived as well as when I left to my car.

Wow, we liked absolutely everything. The location is absolutely perfect, at the center of the center. The hotel is stunning, beautifully designed, from the lobby and all the way to the rooms. It smells great, even the elevator, and the smell of fresh coffee that takes over the entire hotel in the morning ☕️😍 The room was perfectly clean, beautiful, welcoming, and comfortable. Lovely city view, awesome showand bathtub, and everything was super comfortable. Staff has been lovely, so kind and helpful. In the morning, a batista named Vasilis welcomed us with a huge genuine smile on his face and served us coffee and an amazing breakfast, which was such a good start for our day. Exceptional experience. We'll be back for sure!

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Kastoria. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean, with a great shower. The staff were really friendly, especially the young man (I don’t know his name), who welcomed us and gave us some great recommendations for the city- thank you!

Easy to locate and convenient parking near the hotel.
Warm welcome on arrival when we found out we'd got a complimentary upgrade as it was our anniversary so much appreciated. Vangelis was extremely knowledgeable on the surrounding areas and gave us plenty of detail on places to eat/drink on our evening out.
Lovely surprise to find "towel swans" on our bed ... very romantic :)
Breakfast was delicious and generous, served by the polite and helpful Vassilis who also gave us bottled water for our onward journey.
Altogether a wonderful stay in a gem of a hotel - will definitely be going back soon !!

The parking location was between 2 buildings and one of them was under constructions, in the morning i foud a big dumpster near my car that was used to collecting demolition from one of the buildings.
There was no roomservice available at the hotel

Central location with a free car park across the road, meant less stress trying to park the car and then being able to access all this lovely town has to offer on foot.
Great breakfast included in the room rate. Fresh local produce. Lovely cappuccinos.
Loved the decor of the rooms. And the bed and bedding was so comfortable, clean and fresh.
Although it’s on a busy street the sound proofing was good, which meant a good nights rest.
Very polite and helpful staff.

My only negative and it happens in so many hotels, and of course it might just have been the room we stayed in is... please put an electric socket next to a mirror! Having it next to the bathroom mirror doesn’t count as it is so inconvenient. It gets steamy in there and if you’re drying and straightening your hair then you’re stopping others using the room. It’s a girl thing!
