Very centrally located, meters away from the water’s edge. Walking distance from restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great help with parking our car. There is free parking available next to the hotel, arrange with the hotel before you arrive.

Very small room. No coffee/tea facility in the room. Coffee, tea and cold drinks available at reception. Breakfast was nothing special. If you don’t eat bread and cheese, go somewhere else for breakfast. You can only eat so much boiled egg, cucumber and tomato. No fruit.

You have to climb a lot of stairs to reach the elevator No soap is provided as bathroom amenities; there is a liquid soap in a container by the sink and you need to get out of the shower to get a squirt Air conditioning is mounted on the wall above the TV and blasts over the bed Breakfast is very basic… such a waist of time There is no balcony….it’s the fire exit stairs platform used as “balcony” Room is very small…if you are claustrophobic, don’t go there Pillows very uncomfortable There is no safe, and the so called “balcony” door is closed, but not locked… anyone can climb the stairs and use your room, because it’s easy to open from outside. Not worth the money!!! English speaking receptionists yes, but limited language competences…thus, difficult to communicate.

Canakkale is a wonderful town/ a little bit windy / , full with people, but safe - many restaurants with yammy food, shopping places, historical sites, etc.. The best of Hotel Pelit is it's position - situated in the heart of the center of town, 100-200m from ferry , sea promenade with shops, restaurants, the Trojan Horse, the Clock-house of Canakkale and bazaars,etc.It's a family run hotel, owners are very kind and helpful.The hotel do not have its own parking- behind the hotel there is a big municipal parking place free of charge, but very crowded,Owners did their best to arrange us parking places,but it was a challenge.Rooms are quiet.Beds are very comfortable,bathroom is ok.Elevator on site, wi-fi very good, Brekfast is basic.

In fact double-bed rooms are very small - it was difficult even to settle our luggage and objects and go around them to get to the bed..:( Breakfast was simple and basic, there was no hot food, no pastries-burek or simit, only 2-3 pieces fried rolls served everyone,. Sorry to say, but Pictures on site Do not show real dimensions of rooms and breakfast included ! In fact if you are just going through town and stay one night - it's ok, but as we stayed 3 nights- it was a bit disappointing, also 3 days no one came to clean rooms-baths/ or even to take our waste matters from bathroom -it's not good :( Hope u will do yr best to improve things.

The hotel is near the port, in the city center, and staff is very kind. The breakfast is very good. The hotel is very clean. Our stay was wonderful, I recommend it for accommodation! Thank you!

everything is perfect

Although it was placed in some small roads with no place to even stop and leave your luggage, the location is very close to the ferry, the Trojan Horse, the Clock-house of Canakkale and their bazaar.

Very poor breakfast. The drainage of the shower in one of the rooms was clogged.

the roofterrace was lovely, and usually I don't like glass screens, but because it is always windy in Canakkale it made perfect sense. And the food was so nice.
