Great location, comfortable, warm and very pleasant to stay. Port Campbell is the best little town and the people and staff are so friendly.

When we visited there were a lot of road works. We were advised of this after we made our booking but before checkin. Maybe had I known about the extent of the roadworks I would have booked elsewhere. Not really the fault of the property but maybe local council need to think long and hard about how they tackle road works in a small town. When the roadworks are finished this will be great place to stay along the GOR.

Happy overall, nearby infrastructure upgrade was not confirmed until my booking progressed in time. Transparency upfront is always a great impression.

Air conditioning only in living area and not in bedroom. No ability to contact managers after hours when a problem arose

Great location & a very friendly village, managed to be there when the Crayfest festival was on, good food/ music & craft beer.

Wifi was not very good, they need an extender or a mesh system installed to boost the signal to the apartments.

Location was great!

The photos are very dated, the property looks much older than it did in the photos. It’s tired and what nobody mentions is that although it has an ocean view, the ground floor apartment has public parking in front of the villa which means you can only really see cars, not the sea. It was very overpriced for what it was.

No breakfast room was on the street only one night but expensive shower over bath and a window into bedroom no privacy

Tv booked for 2 people found 2 knives 2 spoons 2 chairs i know you only need 2 of everything but looked mean also chip shop next door ok if you like the smell of fish and chips and the traffic
