Изключително красиво място. Персонала бяха много мили и добронамерени хора. Дядото който е пиколо е най милият човек който съм виждал някога, заслужава си да се отиде само заради срещата с него. Спа зоната беше много чиста, приятна с много различни видове сауни и парни бани... много сме доволни. Басейна е чист добре потдържан и много приятен. Стаята ни беше страхотна.

Тишина и спокойствие.

Доволни сме от балийския масаж.
Спа центърът е амортизиран и има нужда от освежаване.
Ресторантът не отговаря на качеството на хотела като обслужване, цени и качество на продуктите.

The piccolo was the most impudent person I have ever dealt with. I was only with a backpack with fragile things inside. Rejected his service, but the man started pulling my backpack with force, telling me that we are being observed and he can lose his job. He was calling me sweetheart (if it matters I am a male) all the time. He messed up the luggage later when he was about to bring it to our room. Twice! This was the only negative thing during my stay. All the rest was great.

Room was spacious and nice. Food for all meals was good. Spa facilities very good and Balinese massages excellent.
When two people order a meal and they are not served together - a few minutes is ok but 15 minutes not acceptable (lunchtime). Compared to other nearby hotels reception is not friendly or welcoming which is important on arrival after a journey.

Food and staff in restaurant are exceptional as always.
It is not our first time here so I can see that hotel facilities are degrading rapidly. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke awfully and for the three days the smell wouldn’t go. No actions taken from stuff, nor any compensation offered.

Excellent SPA centre with different facilities. Big pool with clean and warm enough water, variety of water jets. Delicious and freshly baked products.
The dishes in the restaurant are a bit overpriced.

This spa experience was everything we needed it to be!
From the moment we checked in, we got into the dressing gowns provided and enjoyed all the delights of the spa centre, from the 32 degree swimming pool to all the sauna and steam rooms via the tepidarium, laconium and even the chilly ice bath which was wonderfully refreshing.
The dinner was wonderful, the service discreet but friendly and the setting couldn't have been better.
The room was big and the bed was so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud. We enjoyed a long lazy breakfast, feasting on all the various options at the buffet. Overall we managed to relax very well during our stay.
