Excellent accomodation in a quiet neighbourhood. A little groceries shop 5 meters away. Big, comfortable room with electric heater and abundance of warm water. Breakfast staff always with a smile. The owner, Mr. Hisao was extremely helpful. He has very good communication skills, speaks perfect English, and is a mountain guide himself, so he knows every detail about all the surroundings and is willing to help you organize everything you want. Just perfect and memorable stay!!!!!

The Morales brothers lived up to their exceptional reputation as super-knowledgeable hosts and guides. Their hotel is located a few minutes walk from town, but benefits by being quiet. Hot showers, comfortable beds, killer views at breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff.

The staff was very helpful and kind, specially Hisao. We were able to book tracks very easely at the hotel reception. Hisao has a great knowledge about the area in Huaraz and the surrounding and so he was able to help us much. The breakfast was extensive and delicious.

+ friendly and helpful staff + I could store my luggage during a trekking tour + early check-in and late check-outs are possible (but charged extra) + the hotel is a few blocks away from the center and the larger streets, so it is more quiet at night

- there was no house keeping (I had to ask for every change of towels and the trash was not emptied) - the room was very cold and there is no heating device - every day the same breakfast - the room have no sound isolation, that's why you hear everything (typical for Peru)

Beautiful colonial building in north parts of city is a wonderful hotel stay. Superbly friendly and helpful staff/management. Easy walk into town.

Slightly difficult to find (on your first visit, thereafter easy).

The staff is very friendly and the location is quiet. The breakfast from the terrasse with the view into the mountains is just unbelievable. Rooms are great und the shower really hot. Best choice for my stay in Huaraz.
