Room was good... cleanliness was very good... facilities were ok... bed could be better

bed could have been better.... parking limited. not happy about the parking arrangements.

The room was very old and lacked maintenance. Wifi speed was very poor, no channel subscriptions in TV, no showers in the bathroom. Complained about these but the staff didn't respond positively. Breakfast was poor.

There were no disturbance during my stay .

but the room no.404 bathroom door could not lock or close completely(damaged) and there was not good odour but room and bathroom were clean.could nt sleep well due to that odour.room had good space.i was tired and as it was for just one day I adjusted but will not visit that hotel again.an odomose was placed in toilet and there were some foul smell and both smell mixed and took my sleep away.

Friendly Staff.. they know what we need and always tried their best to help us. In fact, one day my little kid vomited at night. Even though it was not the housekeeping staff hours, when I called them ( around 11:PM night ) they sent the staff to clean the room and change the bedsheets within 10 minutes. I was really impressed by the service provided by each and every staff of this hotel. We will surely book Hotel Arcadia for our next vacation too.

They weren't able to provide twin beds as requested and we were two friends travelling together.
