Loved the customer service. To me, good customer service beats any minor discomfort one may have while away from home. For example, it was HOT. So we asked for portable fans and we were given two. Saved our lives to be able to get some sleep at night. We even used them during the day as a back up when not using the AC. Mila(the owner) and Encarni (I call her the manager) went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and " homey" Whenever we had a question about the city or we needed some supply in the apartment they responded right away. The washer wasn't working, Mila sent someone right away to have it fix. Hubby and I truly enjoyed and so grateful to both.

Stairs. Hubby and I counted about 18 stairs to go up and access the door to the appartmeny. Another 18 stairs (Aproxikately) to go up to the bedroom and to shower . But in fairness, the owner offered another apartment to us but we declined because we had already unpacked our suitcases. If you suffer from bad knees, or any other deficiency or if having heavy luggage like we did ( We stayed 2 weeks) ask the owner for an apartment without as many steps.

The location, the rooms, the spaciousness.

The fact that there was no airco nor ventilation in the rooms. We all slept bad with the heat (app 30 degrees). There was airco in the hallway and the living that we could only put on in daytime, at night you had to pay extra.
