It was a nice quiet place to stay. Very relaxing!

They served us cold coffee for breakfast.

Room was lovely lovely view over the sea and town from was clean and tidy and had all you could ask for. The breakfast was pretty good the staff could not do more for you asking if we need more food.they even made the food fresh for you we really loved are stay in this hotel

Perfect location and amazing view! The hotel workers were particularly nice and arranging, keen to provide us the best comfort possible. Perfect spot for a couple as romantic stay.

Nice big and comfortable beds. The room was nice and the balcony with view over the ocean was beautiful. The AC worked well and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom needs some maintenance.

The room was very clean and nice. Lightening and furniture just looked great. Plus we were let in a little bit earlier than the scheduled check in.

There was hole in the bathroom wall - like an unfinished window or a decoration of some short which I did not understand. Felt weird to use the bathroom while someone else was in the room as well. The kitchenette was pretty and clean but not equipped at all. We had a brand new frying pan and 3 water glasses. Since we weren't going to buy or carry equipment fore a couple of days it would be nice to at least have a couple of spoons and a plate or two because that way the kitchenette was useless. The pillows were very thick and hard which made my first night there a little less comfortable. Lastly, the room had no balcony, we had a window that faced the building besides us so wet towels and swimsuits were a problem.

The hotel is located in an excellent position and you can walk in the center in less than 5 minutes. It has been renovated recently and the rooms have new furnitures.

It was our mistake during booking that we didn't book a room that was explicitly saying sea view so we ended up in a really small room without a balcony or any external area. The really negative surprise though came from the toilet. While it had the well known label that the bathroom had been cleaned thoroughly when I tried to use the toilet we found out that it was still filthy which means it was either not cleaned at all or properly enough. We reported this immediately to the stuff and the cleaned it but we lost our faith that the room has been cleaned as it should from the previous visitors. While the stuff admitted their mistake they didn't do anything to fix this. We asked to change us rooms but there was no availability based on what they told us. They just added breakfast to our booking but it was not communicated to us before leaving the last morning. In general we were very disappointed by the management of the hotel mainly.

Perfect location, close to the center, exceptional room and super clean. The breakfast was very good with a magnificent dining place on their small balcony. The staff was very helpful and polite. I totally recommend it.

The main road can be a bit noisy

The rooms were well furnished and comfortable. Most importantly they were clean. The views are fantastic. I could sit on my balcony for hours. The choice of breakfast you get is enormous. I don't think we've ever had such a variety.

There was paint peeling on the walls where there had been water damage, which had been covered by a curtain. The fridge didn't appear to be working.

We had a great stay in Pilos at Karalis hotel. We had two adjacent rooms which was perfect for us and the kids. Parking is free and close enough from the hotel. The location is great as you are 2 minutes away from the center and the restaurants. It is also a great spot to visit Navarino Bay.

A cool modern hotel. Breakfast was exceptional. Choice of having breakfast outside a huge plus. Great view and balcony. Parking availability was easy. Pleasant and helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere.

Modern and clean facilities, good location downtown, the breakfast was plenty and really tasty. View from the room was as promised.

The aesthetic of the inner venue for breakfast was a bit "cold" but there is an option to take (self service) the breakfast at another venue outside.

the breakfast was basic, on our last day they took away the breakfast at 10 although it should be served by 10:30. they did end up serving us after we asked but turned off the coffee machine while we were still eating.

The view from the room was really nice, the room was big and very clean. The breakfast was ok, could be better.
