Excellent place. Very spacious, clean and confortable room. We did not take the breakfast because we had to leave very early.

The room on the road side was a bit noisy, but nothing to worry about

Breakfast was really good. Kind staff. Very clean room. Excellent value for money.

WiFi didn’t stretch to my room. My keycard had to be reprogrammed every time I left which was a bit annoying. Breakfast hours could maybe be a bit longer.

it was really good tasty breakfasts in this place. it was clean and warm. It has got good staff and facilities.

We’re leave in room with so stranger bathroom — it was with clear glass and non-closable louvres. Also we haven’t got a normal working conditioner it was only warm. The staff dosen’t change our bed linen, just making the bed all over again.

The location was great and the room was extremely comfortable.

The breakfast needed some upgrades. It is missing important aspect. All the foods served was super cold for morning breakfast. No milks available for coffee, for the children. Paying 30000 Tengge for per night, and being served some crappie foods, is not a welcoming. Furthermore foods prices in Shymkent is much lower than other cities like Almaty or Astana, but the serving for breakfast is extremly unworthy.
