Hands down the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms really have the wow factor and look way better in real life than the pictures. We loved it so much we extended our stay here. Gorgeous lemongrass bath products, daily fresh fruit and Thai treats delivered to room, extremely attentive staff. Pool was exceptional and the beach - just wow. crystal clear waters, free kayaks and paddle boards, delicious Mai Tai cocktails. Falling asleep to the sound of frogs and geckos was dreamy! I also loved the outdoor Thai bath and used it everyday. To add to such an amazing experience, we even got some really cute leaving gifts. I will never forget this wonderful place! The staff also arranged our transfer to Poi Pet border crossing to get to Cambodia. A special mention to the restaurant nearby too called ‘Seadog’ their food is amazing and unbelievably good value for money!

Our butler Pepe was so accommodating and helpful with our orientation and assisting with coordinating any activities we desired. A+++ service! Our villa was so well appointed, and the grounds were well manicured and beyond beautiful. Turn down service was extra special with candies and aromatic oil candles lit in your room nightly.

The pools could use a paint job and you can find cheaper options for food and drink offsite. Otherwise, nothing of concern.

It was very expensive compared to others on the island. We expected more for such a high price. Room was ok, not the most comfortable. Pool villas were not private at all. We were picked up and staff were so lovely, but we came back to check in at 2pm and no one knew what they were doing. We were walked to our room but they were still cleaning. We couldn't get until 1 hour later. There were no apologies. We didn't feel that was good service for the very expensive cost of hotel.

Our villa was perfect, very clean, very comfy, we appreciate that we had a total privacy at our terrace and pool (which is not the case with all villas). The garden is very nice.

A lot of trainees working. They do good their job/internship (even it feels they are not coached enough), I hope they get paid at least !!! It's not normal to see so many trainees when we pay this price for the stay. Also never seen a manager or someone in charge around... 3 of 6 pool wood loungers are broken, food in the restaurant too spicy for tourists... (we eat better at the restaurant in the street outside)... those things shouldn't happen in a 5* hotel

They should improve their breakfast and food options. Add black tea, fresh bread. In their Vegetarian menu I found 2 times chicken and 1 time crab… Coconuts are everywhere there on the palms, but they often did not have enough to serve. And prices are very expensive. You go behind the hotel and everything is 3-5 times cheaper.

We spent 8 days at the resort during our honeymoon. The location is simply amazing, one of the nicest beach on the island, the hotel is beautiful, well organized and probably one of the best we have seen so far. We want to warmly thank the staff for their support, friendliness and possibly long lasting friendship: - Dear - Nat - Chalee - Shalam - Mek - Fern - Pen - Kong and all the remaining staff and management we do not recall the names. Thank you! And once more High Season is worth a stay

The restaurant prices are too high when compared with restaurants just outside of the property.

The breakfast is outstanding. The room is very clean. The bed is so comfortable.

On the last night of our stay we had rats in the ceiling of our room. the noise was irritating and quite frightening, we didn’t get any sleep. Unfortunately upon informing the front desk, they sent someone who just said “oh yes these are rats or bats that live in the ceiling. nothing to do about it” The next day we asked for a reimbursement of that night as it was NOT cheap, and they have failed to provide any answer. Too bad this is the way they treat guests on a hotel that was the most expensive on our trip.
