Old hotel. The only saving grace is that it is near to the airport. The aircon placement is odd, so it would have been too cold or too hot depending on how the aircon is engaged. In addition, while the service was not bad, we felt like there was a lack of service orientation in how the guests were treated.

Water isn't guaranteed and is chargeable, which was exorbitant. Buying bottled water from the nearby mall was more cost effective. The whole experience in terms of engagement with the customer service was detached and felt like some past customers have taken advantage of the situation and the hotel decided to pivot the other way.

i asked for a specific rooms , and they get the room ready for me when i arrived , to be more specific , before the check in time at 2pm . Thanks to Hanna for arranging and called me before my arrival time.

My room changing went very smooth. I made a different booking for my stay for 4 nights , and i get my room ready before the check in time. All the staff is very helpful
