The sun terrace is lovely with a fabulous unspoilt view. So quiet you could hear the small boats playing their radio in the morning as they sailed by.

Incredible views, we loved the terrace and location. It was closer to old town than I'd imagined. The host was super helpful and gave us a lot of good advice. Overall the apartment was very nice and comfortable, we loved it!

The apartment was very well equipped, clean intimate and with a very beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Contact with host very good. Quiet neighborhood, nice people around,
As for us - no quick access to the beach and no nearby cafe. We are coffee lovers, therefore the presence of a good cafe is important to us

All necessities were there. Oil, soap powder etc. every need was catered for. Excellent accommodation x

The hosts were fantastic, they organised our transport from the airport and met us at the drop off point. We were then taken to the property and given a detailed briefing. The view from the terrace was stunning, a real highlight!
The photos gave the impression it was a roof top so we would have privacy, however there were apartments above ours with balconies overlooking ours so it wasn't as quiet or private as we thought.

Very spacious apartment, has everything you would possibly need, very good air conditioning system, two bathrooms, a lot of equipment in the kitchen, big closet space. Terrace and the view were both really amazing. We very much enjoyed our stay, a very small beach is couple of minutes walking distance from the terrace, small shop is also very close. We would have loved to stay there longer. Thanks to friendly owners who were super helpful with everything. They definitely go an extra mile for their guests. We loved Dubrovnik & the apartment was a big part of that.

Nothing really all the things I thought might be negative turned into a positive for example the apartment is a 30 min stroll to the old town, but this was good as actually lost weight walking in everyday :) win win

The hosts were fantastic during our stay, we couldn't have asked for more help and assistance when required. The location was great for us with a fantastic sea view, probably not ideal for those who don't like walking to places. Our hosts were able to give us a thorough run through of the local area and advise on suitable trips. We were in contact through whatsapp a few times throughout our stay too and responses were very prompt.
We would thoroughly recommend this apartment! It was clean, tidy and the hosts were exceptional. It was also located close to nearby hotels, pebble beaches and 20-30 mins walk to the Old Town and 20 mins walk to Lapad.
The indoor and outdoor facilities were great, great dining area and outside living space.
Do remember that the apartment only accepts cash, we did not read the instructions prior to arrival properly (our fault) but having used Booking.com before its not something we have experienced. Again, our fault but worth noting so visitors take enough cash.
An air conditioning unit in the second bedroom would have been preferrable but it didn't impact our stay too much.
The outdoor pizza oven/ bbq area is actually just outside the property and is on a public walkway (not a busy street at all by any means) but we didn't use it as there was plastic and rubbish left inside. It didn't change our opinion of the stay but if you were going to pick the property just for that then it may change your mind.

The Location and sea view was lovely ,accommodation was good
The front entrance down the stairs to the front door was very dirty and smelly, could do with cleaning ,a few more utensils would be good ,we bought a chopping board and a sharp knife as there wasn't any .
