Good hotel

1) Check out time was not specified earlier. On Booking.com it's mentioned 11AM whereas it's 9AM. 2) Hot water is not round the clock. 3) Manager denied my booking on my arrival, later on alloted me a room. 4) Manager was very rude. 5) Room was freshly painted, so the smell of paint was still there which is very irritating.

The staff was very polite and location was superb.

Wifi was not available. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working. Hot water was available intermittently. Staff was very reactive Not at all proactive. No Intercom. Very inconvenient stay

Cushion covers were not clean. Handwash , soap was not available in the room which is very much required at this time. Bathtub is small and many other facilities shown in the picture like portable water heater was not present.

1. Hotel Check- out time is 11:00 AM as per Booking.com website, still manager continuously tell me that checkout time is 9:00 AM. So we left the room 10:15 AM. So insure what is the checkout time of this hotel ? 2. No dustbin in the room. 3. No ventilation in bathroom.
