Location was great with cool views.

No staff at reception when we arrived, waited for a while for someone to appear.

such a poor customer service. rooms and beds, smelly and at a really poor quality. breakfast was a mess, and customer service again not there for helping.

The staff was friendly and location was accessible by bus, considering the point that it is a bit remote. the cabin looked pretty new.

1)The bed & pillows were very uncomfortable!! we were there for 2 nights and couldn’t sleep at all. 2)They don’t provide any handsoap, duschgel , towels. If you plan to stay bring your own. (I couldn’t see this mentioned anywhere) Ofcourse you can borrow towels for 4eur/ person, not a big deal. But then what’s the point in charging so much… 3) you need to tell them your preferred breakfast time beforehand as it gets full. we took the second last slot and still had to wait 10-15 minutes as it was too full in the breakfast room. Option given was to take your breakfast and sit in the reception/ gaming area. 4) you need take the fresh bed linen and arrange the bed on your own and return them when leaving. Idea is good from hygiene stand point but again if you are charging an amount that a Hotel would charge ..these are the basics that are provided. Overall ok but not worth the money.

Breakfast was ok.

Small, cold room, heating not working. The mattress and the pillow completely useless. Slept really bad. Soundproofing non-existent.

The rooms are not couple friendly. I would recommend this hostel if you are family with kids or a group of friends. We booked a double room and got a triple room. There are only single beds that are put close together. The space is cramped. The toilet is too small even for a petit person like me. The bed and pillows was not comfortable. I couldn't explain why but I did not get a good sleep. Also we could hear people come and go outside our room because it was next to the entrance. The bath area is not closed and little bit elevated from the rest of the toilet and the water is everywhere after you take a bath( poor design) . There is no floor mat. The breakfast room is also super cramped and there was nothing special in the breakfast. Overall not a good value for money ( we paid 96€ for a night)

easy check-in, good location,modern hostel, good breakfast variety,

small bathroom, small breakfast room for that many people, compared to normal hostels this is a bit pricy and you need to make your own bad with the bad sheet, pillow and blanket

The breakfast was awesome.

Towels only with extra charge. Absence of hairdryer and toiletries.

There was an extra fee which we were not told by Booking at the final price!

Overall very impressed with the concept
