Nice place, quite comfortable and well located

breakfast is the weakest point in the Villas also green green swimming pool, unfortunately

Location was good

Very insecure. One room key can open others. Staffs allows outside people to leave with other's properties. No security during the night. Horrible and traumatic experience.

A nice, quiet and relaxing place to stay - we enjoyed a few days away here very much. Lovely big breakfast with generous portions of fresh fruits. Excellent and tasty pizzas. The reception and waiting staff were superb and very accommodating - thank you very much. It was nice to have the swimming pool there to use (when it wasn't being cleaned!)

The pool opening hours and cleaning times don't seem very accommodating of guests - it was crazy to plead with the staff to be "allowed" to swim before 10am in the morning, although it was good that they agreed!! Prices of meals are quite high and that caused us to eat out more than in - you can easily spend KSH 1,000 per person or more which seems unnecessary with other, much cheaper restaurants around the area. Pizzas were excellent though!

The staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant and bar were excellent and the pool is huge.

Breakfast was okay. We liked the fruit and fresh juice. Instant coffee in Kenya, not so much.

Our room had a bathroom flooding. Booking.com informed us we would have a mini fridge in the double room, there wasn't. Internet was only available from the restaurant but not in the rooms.

The Staff were hardworking

Pool timing but the owner explained the reason. And a pair of Extra slippers won't hurt.

The place is quiet

The staff need to be trained more. Low customer service skills. They need to welcome guests and explain the way things work eg breakfast times etc.
