The Jacuzzi didn't work. 2 of the 3 tvs didn't work. Had to ask for Towels everyday. No elevator.

I liked everything

I rate everything based on quanity and quality compared to price paid. Everything is 5 star based on that outlook. FYI, room 10 has beautiful ocean views. The eesort is operated by a family from Italy. The customer service is great. A very spacious villa with a very big bacony up fromt and a bacony entrance through a bedroom.

Everything was above expectation.

The location near to the beach and The restaurant inside the residencial have good foods.

the staff and all that work there,Joanan was so helpful with my needs and set me up right because my flights was weird times,but she made my room available for me,the girls at the restaurant and bar are super kind and helpful,Thank you girls,the garden is so wonderful and clean,they do a wonderful good job of up keeping the place,thank you all,I will be back next year,the security at the place is extremely excellent,you feel safe all the time

beautiful grounds, great pool and friendly staff.

the beds only had one sheet rather than a sheet and comforter, and there were quite a few ants in our room.

Could have had a better living room furniture set instead of a futon and the Wi-Fi could have been better

People at the place is so friendly and the food is delicious. It's great for the price.

Mr. Graziano is very king and give assistance and follow up before and during the stay.

Personal is polite! The pool looks beautiful in sunny days and the whole place as well. We loved that the home appliances worked perfectly, anyone would be able to cook anything simple and sleep comfortable. The view from the pool area is so relaxing and you can reach the beach a little bit. If you might stay on the 2nd or 3rd floor of one of the buildings you would reach that view to the beach easier. The place is quiet at night and has a security guard going around the place. A recommended place to travel in couples.

The building where we stayed might need some maintenance in terms of painting. However, the apartment is clean and home appliances work perfectly. An advice to the personal, if the bathroom sink faucet of the apartment c4 gets changed, it would have a cleaner look. I'm not a fancy person (actually I enjoyed staying there) but the apartments can look better if they are more modern inside. Just an opinion because I don't really know how the others look inside and we paid of the cheapest that we could get so that might be why.
