We never met staff but we received a lot of automated messages to keep an us well informed before our arrival which was great. The appartment was very clean, cozy and the kitchen modern with everything you might need even for a longer stay. We didn't attend any riding sessions as the toddler is too young and we stayed to be close to family but it all appears very well organised and we can see how this farm is a great location for horse riding holidays. There are options to purchase bread and drinks on the farm which is great. We would definitely stay again - and very likely will as we have family in the next village ☺️

We didn't stay in the place we booked but instead below it. Sadly meant the family staying above woke us at 6am every day with their kids walking up and down. Would have liked access to cleaning products, mop etc as living on a working farm means the floor won't stay clean for long. WiFi was working but rather slow at times, not recommended for teams sessions

They were there at the desk when we arrived. We booked horse riding lessons from their site in advance. They have a covered barn. They kids really enjoyed it. There are tons of horses to see. The property is big and beautiful. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. We brought our dog and it was great. I would stay there again. A great place to go with a group of people. About 40km from Rothenburg ODT. 5km away there is a big indoor pool with slides and spas.

After reading reviews we knew that the kitchen would be lacking the basics. We brought salt, pepper, dish towel, paper towels. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or dish soap in the kitchen, I think that should have been provided, we had to go buy it from a store. The frying pan was terrible and all the food suck (even with butter and spray), I ended up going to a near by store and buying a non-stick. Our fridge didn't have a freezer so our ice melted. We didn't have wifi or service in our room for the first 2 nights. Turned out to be ok as the kids weren't on their phones the whole time. On our last day the wifi started to work... not sure the reason. These are all little things that could be easily fixed for future guests.

The room was excellent it is a beautiful facility and great staff! We booked horse riding lessons for our children and they had a great time.

If I knew in advance that it's not just a property in the countryside but also horse farm - we would prepare better and appoint a horse ride for our kid. But anyway it was cool stay: friendly owner, lovely environment.

The only thing that I don't like that kitchen was poorly equipped - but I align it with the low season, so we could skip it.
