This was our second stay at this hotel, but this time we asked for a Junior suite. It was very spacious and comfortable. Before arrival we asked for a crib, which was already inside, but in the evening we decided to get another one for our little girl as we preferred not to use the sofa bed, they provided it within approx.10 minutes, which was great! The staff is very friendly and polite!

Since there are no air conditioning in the rooms (which is understandable being in the mountains), we left the windows and doors a bit open for the nights. Unfortunately our room was very close to the garbage area, and the first night (after 11pm) our children woke up for the noise of the glasses crashing in the trash which was very loud. The other nights we paid more attention and immediately closed the doors when we heard what was about to happen. A few nights before we left there was a family with 2 dogs under our room, and they were fighting 2 nights with their neighbours’ dog, which again forced us to close everything. The morning of our check-out we learned that they finally asked for another room, but it was unpleasant to hear them 2 nights straight.

We booked it for its spa and its location close to town. The manager Francesca, spa therapist and bar staff were all great.

the policies don’t make sense, they force you to book use of the pool a day in advance have no room service menu and the area manager was very unhelpful

The room was was big and nicely decorated Bathroom had a great size as well Large bed Good light Staff in the restaunt as well as at breakfast was super attentive - friendly and helpful really fantastic service! Dinner at the hotel was also very nice :-)

Breakfast offer was very poor for a 5 star hotel!! You could order on the side (but had to pay extra for pancakes/eggs etc.. - not OK for a 5 star hotel!!) Also this ordering on the side was not at all communicated.. hence we found out on the last day.. The hotel does not offer ironers in the room, only a cleaning service at charge We had to pay EUR 10.- for losing a room key (also not a 5 star hotel service) I believe the staff to be very nice - all that bothered us was related to the hotel management.. which I would say is not a 5 star guest service..

Fantastic hotel - great views, clean tidy, excellent facilities, and the staff were brilliant with top quality service.

Not as close to ski lifts as we thought, but free hotel shuttle service so not a major issue. Plus side was that the hotel was very peaceful

good spa, massages were great. rooms and bathrooms were a good size reception staff very helpful and friendly.

this is not a 5 star, its a good quality, clean 4 star. expensive for what it is. bar and breakfast service is chaotic and food very average. (no chef one morning; ordered a margarita cocktail at the bar and they bought me a pizza!) rooms are quite noisy from other room/corridors at €200 per night this would be good value, but we paid way more…
