Good for a break from the harsh environment. The guide Mr Lewis is experience and friendly. We went to visit the villages. Overall was a good experience for a break.

Perhaps it's just after the pandemic, the meal wasn't meet our expectations. Too salty for all the meal. The fishing spot for piranhas fishing wasn't too good compared to another group shown to us.

The breakfast was served at the table - choice of eggs and always delicious fruit. Roberto, our guide, was wonderful - very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the Amazon with a witty sense of humor. Really enjoyed seeing the pink river dolphins in a large pod one morning on our way to fish for pirranha - another fun experience. Also greatly enjoyed visit with Yaguas, a local native tribe. got to hold a juvenile sloth! surprisingly soft fur.

Breakfast could have included some type of pastry or muffin. Half-toasted bread not appetizing. Everything ran smoothly but sometimes it was hard to tell who was in charge - rarely saw anyone at the front office, etc.

All of the food breakfast lunch and dinner we’re very good. My guy for the four days I was at Ceiba Tops Luis was excellent and highly recommend him.

I wish they had more vegetarian options for food. They did their best and food was good.

The grounds were beautiful, I loved all the plant life and touring the grounds at night in search of tarantulas. Even though i didn't see any I was still amazed at how many great things there were to see and the knowledge of the guides.

I booked the large room with a jacuzzi on purpose for the mere reason it had a jacuzzi. It was known to the staff that it was broken and I was never told. When I informed them they told me that it had been fixed overnight but in reality it was not and was still broken. Talking further it turns out it had been broken for some time and it was known to them that it was not functioning, meaning that I had spent a lot of extra money on an extra nice room and the reason I booked it wasn't even working. I had to practically beg them to rectify this problem and they seemed to think a simple "sorry" would suffice at first. This unit came advertised with a "garden view" but the garden was quite dilapidated and in great need of some TLC, wasn't even picturesque. There was no hot water the first night but this was quickly resolved. One of the more troubling aspects was the air conditioning, it of course worked just fine but I have a very specific mold allergy that makes me cough and I couldn't turn on these air conditioners without going into a coughing fit telling me that these were loaded with mold and in desperate need of a cleaning and new filters.

Great tour and experienced guide, really enjoyable place.

Food was great. Our guide, Segundo, was amazing. The overall experience was something we'll never forget. Hard to believe it was real!

This is the most comfortable place in the Amazon. It's the only place we found that has 24-hour electricity and AC. You pay for that kind of comfort, but the fact that the charges are fair doesn't mean they're not high.
