Diese geräumige 1.205 Quadratmeter große Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen und verfügt über zwei eigene Badezimmer sowie ein zusätzliches komplettes Badezimmer. Im Herbst 2018 wurde die Küche renoviert und neue Fußböden installiert. Es ist ideal im River Run Village gelegen, so dass Sie nur wenige Schritte von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Feierlichkeiten entfernt sind. Außerdem befinden Sie sich in der Nähe der Eisbahn Dercum Square oder eines Minigolfplatzes und sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Hochgeschwindigkeitsgondel entfernt.

Beautiful condo with so many amenities. Lovely and comfortable for our large party with children of a variety of ages. Happy to have the extra bathrooms. The property manager responded quickly and everything was well explained . Only issue was having to check out at 10. Too early!

We loved the location of this rental. Close to many activities and restaurants and only a short drive to many trail heads for hiking. The rental had plenty of towels and kitchen supplies.. We also loved completing one of the puzzles available in the rental. My only criticism is the full bed in the bunk bed room visibly dips in the middle. If more than one person sleeps in that bed you will both fall into the middle. Also the pool table only has one pool stick that works and the hot tub was out of order the whole time.

We loved this condo. It’s spacious and had everything we needed for a long weekend. We cracked the windows opened which helped to keep the condo cool and ventilated and got a little chilly at times. The pool and hot tub are nice. Very short walking distance to restaurants and shops. Would stay again!

The unit we stayed in was generally in great condition and we enjoyed using the kitchen and main living room - throw that sucker in the trash. The vinyl flooring in the unit is very nice and should not be covered by that dirty rug. We rolled up the disgusting area rug and placed it off to the side during our stay. The beds were very uncomfortable. The owner of 8624 needs to run down to Mattress Firm in Dillon and get a new King and Full mattress to replace the ones currently in the unit. This is a great location and has excellent amenities. We used the grill on the patio, the pool and hot tub.

We stayed for 2 nights, and ended up extending until the next evening. Management was very accommodating. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us, 4 adults and a toddler. The location is so convenient for families. There tons to do within walking distance, and ice skating and a playground right outside the door. Our room wasn’t “dirty”, but wasn’t that clean. We found a half eaten poptart and wrapper in the couch when we got there. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would definitely book again.

The unit was very nice and comfortable. The building and amenities were great. I had heard some funny sounds in the primary bedroom while sleeping and couldn't figure out what was causing them until the last night of my stay. I noticed that the window was unlatched and was moving in the wind making the sounds and kept waking me up.

This place has a Hot Pool, Hot Jacuzzi, Hot Showers with an Ice Skating facility next door and It is 5 minutes Walking distance to River Run Gondola, Rentals, Restaurants, Shops. This unit had plenty of towels, blankets, pillows. We kept the fireplace going and heater on 68.. When it got warm, we would crack the patio door. The patio overlooks the pool, jacuzzi and mountains. The Garage parking, fast elevators, with extra shopping carts and luggage carts to transfer groceries and mounds of mountain gear was awesome!

Great place, lots of space for the family. The queen bed needs replaced though, couldn’t sleep 2 because it craters towards the middle badly. Bunks were comfortable.

Good location to stay for visiting R.M.N.P. Nice drive to and from the park. The mattresses on the beds need replacing, they're well worn in and you roll to the middle of the bed. Housekeeping also needs to clean/vacuum along the baseboards and behind furniture along the walls better. Other than the mattresses, we really enjoyed our stay! Would stay there again and recommend this property.

Loved the property and location. Very spacious and plenty of bed space if you have a larger party. Great amenities, except the sauna was down for maintenance during our weekend stay. Do feel the mattresses need to be updated as one end of the master was higher than the other giving you a sloping down feeling. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the weekend.

The unit was exactly what we needed for 5 teen boys and 2 adults! Excellent location, the kids loved the hot tub and pool. We had plenty of space for everyone. The fold out couch pulls from the bottom, which we did not know the first night. Adam from management team gave us an air mattress to use for the week because the pull out was hard, he even came over to let me in when my key deactivated and the others were on the mountain, can't say enough about Adam, great guy! The unit would have received 5 stars in all areas but there were a few items, one of the primary reasons we pick this unit was because it had in room laundry, when using the dryer we discovered it was not working, called and it needed to be repaired by an outside contractor, bummer for a week with 5 boys. The unit also needs a decent frying pan, pot holders, and plastic dishes for small children, everything else was fully stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing great but gets job done for a family. Property was clean. Comforters and sheets are old but again your in a high volume rental. Easy checkin with info emailed/texted for you to access. Kitchen has most of what you need. 5 min walk to anything you need.
* as a family of 6 we plan all vacations when possible for a washer/dryer in the rental. The washer/dryer advertised did not work. We contacted property mgr contact and were simply told sorry and just use the public wash/dryer available in the building. We were told a service order (via text because no one will call you… only text) had been placed previously to replace it but that it apparently had not been taken care of. Our loss. Not what you want to be told when you pack way less knowing you can wash in the evenings while putting the kids down/dinner… not having to leave the condo and sit/take care of your clothing. Otherwise we would’ve rented somewhere else. Be prepared that if something is not working/broken and you contact the generic mgmt number you will be told immediately that they are working on it. But also in the same breath they tell you they only have one maintenance guy and they’ll get to you when you can. Guess that’s part of what you get when dealing with a big company (summit county mgmt). No one ever came by once to see what could be done over 5 days. Not once. Just text responses saying someone will eventually come. Hopefully they’ll have it fixed for the next rental. A simple apology or reach out from the prop manager would’ve gone a long way.

My family had a great stay at Expedition Station #8624. The unit was very spacious and it was nice to be so close to the village. It should be noted (and corrected) that the listing title displays 3 bedrooms, when in fact, the unit only has 2 bedrooms. Luckily we were able to make it work for our family, but I would have appreciated knowing this in advance.

We rented this property for the second year in a row based on our first experience. We did have an issue with getting our rented pack and play, but the company contacted us and resolved the issue after the problem.
We were disappointed to find a half eaten bagel on the floor, as well as a bunch of popcorn. With small children, you really don't want them eating random things they have found off the floor!
The property is nice and well-stocked, but is starting to show age. Dishes in the kitchen are all chipped and well-used. Coffee cups get extremely hot in the microwave on the handles.
We LOVED the property in January 2022, but had a less satisfying experience this time. I am not sure that we would rent the same place again. The location is awesome for skiing, however!

Only down side was because we did not have a car and arrived early had to store luggage at checkin office and was some back and forth to load and unload.

Location was exactly as advertised and very close to the gondola at River Run. Maybe a 5 min walk out the building and you’re on the way up the Mtn. Good communication from the staff and very spacious for the 8 of us who stayed. Had a small issue not getting additional towels for swimming at the pool/hot tub/sauna. Can go to the main office about 1.5 miles away and grab more, but that’s a bit much since they should already have lodge cleaning staff and swimming towels accessible. Key issue in a secondary location also a minor inconvenience if you’re already on the Mtn. Easy to access the keys and get into the room… but again 1.5 miles away from the Mtn, when you’re staying ON THE MTN. Overall a great place and price is very reasonable for a large group. We will absolutely stay here again, and recommend everyone else stay here too. (just know the minor inconveniences ahead of time).

This property was just how showed on the website! It had everything we needed for the few days we stayed! I was sold with it having a working washer and dryer in the property! We made a short drive into Dillon to get groceries for a few days. Love that the property has a grill out on the deck. It was a short walk to the shops, restaurants and trails at River Run. There is a pool and hot tub on site. Very impressed with this property! 5 out of 5 stars!

Great location, great price! Unfortunately, for the summer it might not be the best choice. This unit is on the top floor, so it catches all the sun and unfortunately has no screens and no air conditioning (which we knew). We opened the doors and windows, cranked up the box fans, put on bug spray and roughed it.

Upon arrival early I went directly to management office and was advised location still being cleaned. I was provided parking passes and stayed by pool and walked around the village which was perfect. This mountain was the perfect environment for kids and family. At 400pm I accessed apartment which was spotless and very large as the pictures do not give the overall justice of the open concept. I had spent several days in denver and vail and in comparison this location and residence was by far the best. I received multiple follow ups via text to ensure the property was in order and no issues. I would highly recommend this location if visiting breckenridge, keystone, Frisco, or Dillon. Also, If renting bikes I would recommend the bike shop near the management office as they are 40 dollars cheaper for ebike than at locations at village. I thank owner for providing this rental to us as it capped out 9nday vacation in Colorado!

MOLD MOLD MOLD DO NOT STAY HERE
Drove ten hours with our four kids for our yearly stay in Colorado. Noticed a strange smell at check in, thought it was a cleaner and then we found black mold in all three bathrooms, growing up the wall and ceiling in one. My entire family started having respiratory issues, my two year old being the worst. Property management only offered to clean off the mold, could not test to assure it was not toxic. Offered to refund part of cleaning fee... (such a joke) these bathrooms have never been deep cleaned. Our vacation was ruined, we decided to leave for the health and safety of our family and drove ten hours back home with our four kids and management did nothing to compensate us for this poorly kept property and did not understand that black mold is a health risk and can not just be wiped away. I have pictures for proof.

The unit was very nice and accommodating for our group. We loved that we could see the hot tub from the balcony so we knew how crowded it was! The only downside was that we had to leave the resort to get our keys for the unit - I would definitely pay extra to have a drop off service for check in!
