Breakfast buffet is a great value, with fresh selection of mostly local foods. Also the outdoors pool is a serene retreat: quiet, large space, clean.
Fitness center doesn't have working AC and doesn't include alcohol wipes or any way to clean up after yourself. Also, the room doesn't look like it's pictured. Bedsheets had stains, bathroom had rust, etc.
Lastly the location was horrendous if you're not planning to drive. It's in a loud area with huge traffic.

I was looking for a hotel close to the airport. it claimed to have airport shuttle but that’s a lie. they’ll just call a taxi for you. it is nowhere close to the airport. They shouldn’t market themselves as an airport hotel. it’s deceiving.

Amazing customer service, we checked in at midnight and we’re still assisted as if it were 3pm. The room was nice and comfy, and the breakfast was yummy.
The bathroom in the room was a bit old, the drain in the sink was very rusted and water would drain very slowly, and the shower drain had an unpleasant smell. BUT for the price this was no big deal, everything was cleaned well and everything else was great.

I left a travel cup at the breakfast table. It was retrieved and kept in the restaurant until my return. That was great. I also appreciated the safe in the room.
I wish the refrigerator was colder. It was barely cool and there was no control to set it colder.

Modern design, friendly staff and central location. Beds comfortable, room clean.
It's a struggle to get cappuccino/latte in the mornings with breakfast (barista not available when restaurant is open for breakfast). Dinner in restaurant poor, breakfast limited choices for western guests. Hotel a bit run down and bathrooms definitely need to be gutted (our shower leaked, mouldy, falling apart). Poor sound proofing-we were kept awake 1 night with noisy guests. Unfortunately not many staff speak English so it's difficult to communicate even to ask for simple things like more towels.
