The villa and location exceeded our expectations! The elevated setting is private with plentiful outside space and areas for relaxing and dining. We chose the villa's location as we wanted a garden with trees, plants, shrubs, and flowers - the well-kept garden and good-sized swimming pool didn't disappoint. The contemporarily designed interior was spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. Communication with owner Dimitris was excellent, and his team looking after the property, (Maria & Dimitris), were extremely helpful and considerate, (Gardener Dimitris went above and beyond in helping us with our hire car wheel.) There are eateries / small grocery shops within walking distance, and it is a ten-minute drive to Gouves which has a beautiful beach, supermarkets, eateries etc.

The hosts were amazing. The villa was spotless. We had an amazing time in a beautiful villa. Was well equipped and anything we asked for was provided. Genuinely cant wait to go back If you get time go to gouves just down the road for the most informed and friendly and interesting guy called vasily who runs imperial blue boat rental. His service is second to none . The day we enjoyed with him was the highlight of our holiday definitely book him up for a visit to dia island

Everything perfect

The Villa is situated on a hill overlooking a small traditional village. The outdoor area has numerous spacious areas to enjoy the outstanding views in total privacy. The swimming pool is terrific. The Inside area is comfortable with everything needed for a lovely vacation. It is a 5 minute stroll into the village where two small restaurants serve excellent traditional Greek food.

We liked everything. No improvements recommended.

The outside area with pool is very very nice. Perfect for families. You can’t get kids out of of the pool! We also very much liked the friendly neighborhood cats that kept us company every night. Very comfortable beds!

The only small thing to keep in mind while staying in villa Kalo is not to leave any items of food (especially sweets or fruits) to kitchen worktop. Ants will come from under the external door ant will swarm the food. But if no food is left there then no ant is visible.

Perfect place to stay and enjoy holidays in Greece. Beautiful, spacious house on the hill with excellent view, great swimming pool and all amenities you may need during your stay. Very nice and helpful host and gardener (who helped us a lot with flat tyre). Welcome pack of food and drinks (may be important if you arrive late or on Sunday). I wish I could give it 11 points as it deserves it. It is probably the best Booking stay I have ever had.
