The property was small and compact. Very good location and looking over a wonderful garden. Excellent value.

Didn’t like the attitude of the management company. On Booking.com it says pay extra for bedding. However bedding is provided. The person I spoke to insisted that got it wrong. The website details needs to be amended. Also when I phoned to inform that we are delayed he said we can turn up anytime which was great, the way he said it was not.

We were very disappointed as we never saw the owners to even ask us if all was ok. The bed was literally falling apart and we certainly are not heavy people! Nearly every day my husband had to lift the sagging mattress and fix slats back underneath. It was very much a bedsit and only one armchair and one hard plastic seat. Nowhere comfy to relax at all. Have stayed in much cleaner properties even though this one is above the garage separately from a very big house of the owners. Would not want to return although we found the friendliness of local people lovely. This is so unlike us to give a bad review!

Beautiful area and great location for the town and Cotswolds. Had a few issues with accommodation but they were quickly resolved by owner.

My partner who is just over 6ft found the sloping eaves in the bathroom a little difficult

The room hadn't been cleaned in a very long while probably since the last visitor but not right before our arrival as should have been. There were moths everywhere and few big dead spiders next to the bed which for someone with allergies could be catastrophic. I requested a clean and I got an answer straight away however the person who cleaned didn't bother to take their shoes off while in the room and left the room even dirtier than before considering it had been raining all weekend... The room had no Wi-Fi signal throughout the stay. As soon as we opened the door at times there was signal but it is mentioned in the description that there is Wi-Fi and we couldn't benefit from it.

The Location is convenient to visit Cotswold and also the Studio apartment is neat

The Roof can be dangerous in the corners of the apartment..My wife ended up accidently banging the roof twice in 2 days :(

Quaint little place above the garage on the grounds of a large home. Good pressure shower. The owner was friendly, place was lovely and clean.

I couldn’t sit on the wc properly as the sloping roof was in the way. It has space to move it forward, so slight adjustment would be perfect. The bed base slats aren’t installed correctly, so mattress falls down at the base of the bed. A small thing, personally I would have more windows, as it’s a beautiful rural location, so would be great to see more of it. Otherwise all good!

No tea bags provided. Property would benefit from a small balcony. Enjoyed our stay.

Appreciated being left to it - no contact from the owners at all but felt I could knock if I needed them. Very quiet day and night . Once through the gates everything was obvious and easy.

I found the directions (used Google Maps) a little off. Basically the road is very quiet and it was getting dark and I first pulled up at identical gates to the ones shown in the picture and there was no key holder. Turned out it is just the next gate but this made me mildly panic at first!
