Property is pretty good. View from my room was great and heater in room made us more comfortable.

Property is in marchula which is pretty far away from all other resorts.

the view from the hotel is excellent. However, location is far to reach from Ramnagar. Nearest Safari Gate Dhanghiri (Dikala) is also 15 kms from Hotel. The staff at the restaurant is good, Chef Mukesh served good food and Manager Lalit made people comfortable. Pls get your transportation arranged well in advance and carry emergency medications (as nothing around)

Bathrooms were average and the water flow was not up to mark. Rooms could have been kept more better for a good feeling for tourist on arrival, considering the long distance.

Breakfast was okay not upto the expectations. The amount of money we paid there we could have been easily stayed at Taj but due to unavailability we had to book sterling Corbett and that is our biggest mistake.

Everything, our money got stolen from my room and the manager is not taking any action during our stay and there were no CCTV camera in hallway in all four rooms. And the money got stolen from all the three rooms 13000 in total. Very bad experience kindly banned sterling Corbett from your site they are tarnishing your reputation as well. Don't go to sterling Corbett they are thief

Staff especially Lalit in restaurant and Manish in front office were very helpful and considerate. Food was excellent, room size was good.

No wheelchair assist, No child feeding seat in the reception, No self replenished slippers, towels, napkins in the room after last checkout. Check in was as late as 8 PM. Pankaj at reception needs to understand the location is reached by bad road and unduly long time with elder people parents. Not to throw rule book on some weird NO GoI id proof except Aadhar & PAN rule.
