The area was near everything. We were group of 6 and it felt spacious. Great kitchen fully equipped. Loved the balcony. 2 bathrooms.

Small thing, but shower gel dispenser in one bathroom was not working properly very slow to dispense gel.

The apartment was big enough for a group of friends, the location was good and the balcony was a bonus. Providing beach towels was really great.

Everything was very good. A very, very minor thing - the doors could do with oiling. A couple were really squeaky and woke others up when getting up in the night.

The apartment was lovely & very spacious. Balcony was great area to sit and have food or drinks. Plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Beach right across the road. We loved our stay and will defo try stay again. Owner was very accommodating and allowed early arrival and departure.

the location was excellent.there was a bus and tram service across the road. The beach was also across the road. The castle lift was a few minutes walk. It was at the edge of the old town and just a few minutes walk from the commercial centre. The apartment was very spacious and clean. the beds in all five bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with a washing machine also.

Location great and very spacious

Perfect location, perfect hosting, we have spent wonderful time. Even if the living room is at the noisy street, the sunsets ans si from the balcony are worth the noise during the day time and, honestly, you never pay attention on it. All the bedrooms are at the quite side, the beds are very good, the space is very big and clean, the host was very attentive and organized the safe parking for us. It is very good place to stay.

It worth to change the armchairs in the sitting room, but it has really nothing with the comfort of the appartement.

The location was absolutely perfect. Basically on the beach and in very close proximity to many restaurants, shops and the city centre. The host was gentleman with whom we have nothing but good things to say about. The apartment did also exceed our expectations in terms of attractiveness, location and price.

In all honesty, I cannot fault our stay. This review portrays perfection, which is exactly what it is.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay at Alicante. I can confidently say that this apartment is located at one of the best, if not THE best location of Alicante. The balcony is excellent. One can sit there and contemplate the beautiful Alicante beach for hours at a stretch. If you are lucky enough to be there at a clear sky, you get to see the amazing sunrise, right through your balcony, the snapshot of which would be with you for months!! The apartment was spacious with all the basic amenities that can be expected. The moment you go out of the apartment, you are right in the middle of, and surrounded by the tourist spots, with the beach that's just a minute walk away. There are some traffic noise since it's in the middle of the main road, but I could bear ten times the noise for a location so wonderful as this. Since the beach is right in front, the apartment also has nice props like hats, mats, umbrellas, beach-towerls to take to the beach, which is a plus! The host, Ignacio was very helpful. He was kind enough to arrange a taxi for us from the airport for 30 euros. We reached the place after midnight and he was there to greet us and hand over the keys. Checking out was also super smooth. Cleanliness: The apartment was squeaky-clean! There was also a hand sanitizer provided.

The TV in the apartment is HD and quite big, but I suggest adding a Chromecast so that we can watch movies from our netflix/youtube accounts. There was just a cd player with 3 movies. Also, there is a nice washing machine in the apartment, but since there was no detergent (or we didn't find one), we couldn't really use it. Would be nice if there was some detergent available. I also suggest to keep an oven glove in the kitchen, so that we can pick up the dish easily after heating it. Lastly, the wifi in the apartment was really fast, but since the apartment is quite big, the signal wasn't good enough in the bed room. However, these are very minor issues, and the overall experience was still excellent!! I will definitely visit again and choose the same apartment.

Everything is fine

It was a nice and apartment. The living room and kitchen was big. The balcony was large enough to sit with a large group.
