The location was great & the pool was lovely!

The fuss getting the key from one block & having to find them not where we were staying was a pain. the rear shutters did not work, the en suite shower was broken, the main bathroom had a leak from the ceiling, there was no hot tub as stated in the details advertised, the cleaning was not done to a good standard.

The location is very good and very close to supermarket and to the downtown. The swimming pool very good and clean. The apartment very confortable.

The information to collect the key was not enough and we had to call the agency several times to get the access tp the apartment.

Location for supplies excellent as opposite a Mercadona supermarket. Property a good place to explore Costa Blanca. Beds very comfortable. Swimming pool and surrounding area kept very well and very tidy.

The service was not acceptable as, for example, there were no instructions to access the swimming pool, which was gated access. The advertised safe could not be found and was only shown where it was upon our checkout from the property. A check-in meeting or a information booklet about the property and facilities would have been nice - all it had was places to eat. The cleaning was less than desirable given the COVID-19 situation, and bearing in mind that the supposed check-in was at 16:00 on a Sunday, when shops were closed, there was no soap in the apartment, which would have been nice to have, but there was also no toilet paper, even though this was an advertised service. When we found there were no lights in the stairwell to the sun terrace, although reported, no one turned up to fix them, even though they said they would. The agreement stated we needed to report breakages within 24 hours of arrival. We reported sun loungers being broken and unusable and the reply was “we know”. Surely this should have been informed to us beforehand. The bathroom drawers were broken and holes were in the main bathroom ceiling due to previous air conditioning leakage. There was no internet available on our last two days and we were informed this was probably due to the owner stopping the service - not acceptable. The toaster was a safety hazard as, as soon as you plugged it in, it tripped the fuses. Generally, small things mentioned above, but more attention to the property would have ironed out these issues . Customer care was non-existent.

Excellent complex. The pool the mini golf park and tennis courts were really good kids loved them. Really safe environment all gates and key codes. All visible from our balcony. Really modern comfortable apartment loved it. Really closed to shops too.
