Everything was great! The room was comfortable, great shower, amenities and delicious breakfast. It was a bit far from the city center and nice restaurants, but very close to the mall and easy to get to from the airport.

Very clean hotel, the staff is very kind and helpful. The location is good if you plan to leave city and visit the small towns on the road. It has access to shopping mall and there are pharma and supermarket nearby. As the city is not big, this hotel is not too far from downtown and comercial center, around 5 to 10 min drive and you arrive. They provided cleaning service and breakfast is served with good variety of food. The room feels very new and modern style.

The room is actually smaller then what it looks from the photo. Window only can open around 10cm and not enough to have fresh air inside. Maybe it's city issue, but there are some mosquitoes, and I believe hotel could help to solve. They don't provide room service. Bathroom a little bit dark.

When I arrived there, they had informed me that I have had mistakenly booked the same room there twice. One was from Decolar, another one from you (Booking). I have tried to cancel one of the bookings since it was a mistake, because I have not received a confirmation e-mail from you. So I did try to find this option in Decolar and in Booking platforms, but there is no such option. And I still do not get it right how to operate my bookings. When I was checking in there they informed me I should request one of the platforms to cancel a booking... Then I asked if they would charge me twice for the same service... because if if that would be the case, I would find another accomodation, since it is not fair to double charge. They said they would not do so. But instead there was a double charge in the credit card. And when I asked them to refund one of the charges, they said that it would be charged one booking for I stayed over, yes... And a second one because the platform would consider it as “no show”. I found it ultrageous because I was there. And I have requested them to help me solve this issue, which they said that by their side it would not be a problem. But they anyways, as if they had no control over the platform-client relation. As if the platform would charge a full-service under the “no-show” justification of a client that was actually there... I then went to another Ibis, in my home town, and I told them what happened, asked for advice. They said it was solvable. So I did not like the fact that they would tell me one thing and do another. They asked me to pass the credit card twice by saying it did not work the first time they tried to charge. And they told me that I should cancel one of the bookings in the platform without helping me do it. It can be troublesome to get in touch with on-line services to solve such problems. And the rule allegedly applied seemed abusive... since the customer is the less equiped part to deal with this sort of situation.
