We stayed at this home for 2 weeks in February. It was a lovely home, on a nice and quiet street. It was nicely furnished both inside and out. The fully slide open doors made an already big home feel even more spacious and we spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor living area. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking/grilling and the grill actually worked! We’ve stayed at homes in the past where that wasn’t the case. The pool service person and the pest control guy visited while we were there and they were both very professional. All bedrooms were good size and the master bath was lovely! My wife used the office for work while we were there and it was in a perfect location to enjoy the canal view or she could close the doors for a little privacy. I rode one of the bikes around the area and we also walked around the park at the end of the street. Very enjoyable stay and we’ll definitely return!

We were very happy with everything about the property. The amenities were great. We loved taking the bikes out to explore the island. The outdoor living area was amazing! Would definitely recommend!

We were looking for a week get away. This home was perfect. Clean, Beautiful, warm and Charming. Meets all your expectations.the neighborhood were the home is located is Beautiful and centrally located to all your needs. relax by the pool watch the boats go up and down the channel, fish off the pier, go for a walk around the neighborhood, dinning, shopping. You can't go wrong with this home. Hope you enjoy it as much a we did.

We had a great time at this house for a 5 week stay. The house is well appointed in the kitchen, abundance of towels, and tons of beach items. The amount of beach gear is well above average, with many new chairs, umbrellas. boogie boards, coolers and beach cart. We didn't use the bikes, but there were about 5 bicycles. The dock had chairs to sit and watch the sunset. There is a separate office with a desk if you do need to work. The management company responded immediately when we had a few minor issues, all fixed the very next day. Only extremely minor drawback is that the house is decorated in such a way that makes the better part of the house on the darker side. This was not a problem as we were either working or out and about enjoying the island.

The house was amazing. My family enjoyed the patio area. We loved watching the sunset at nighttime by the pool and hot tub. The house is well stocked. We were happy to have chairs and umbrellas available to take to the beach. We would stay here again!!!

This is a beautiful house in a great location. The pool, hot tub, and lanai were awesome, we spent a lot of time out there and on the dock. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole place was clean and in good shape. Check-in/out was a bit painful as we had to drive across town to pick up physical keys and garage door openers. One area of improvement would be to install keypad locks and provide renters a code rather than the physical keys.

Property was perfect. Super clean and convenient to everything right on the canal. Tons of room for a family. Pool area was great at night! Would absolutely stay again!

This property is just as shown. It is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is within a short drive away. We loved having the sliders open, so it feels like you are bringing the outside in. The pool and jacuzzi worked well and we spent quite a bit of time there. The house has all you need for cooking, entertaining and taking trips to the beach. Having access to the dock right on the canal was great as well. We enjoyed watching the boats that periodically go by ( there is a low speed limit, so the boats were just cruising by with not much engine noise), and we spotted a dolphin at one point during our trip. I would definitely recommend this property and would most definitely stay there again. The host David responded quickly and it was a pleasure dealing with the property managers, Harborview Rentals.

Beautiful week in Marco! Awesome house on the water, close to the action but peaceful and private. Well stocked garage with all your beach essentials! Fishing off the dock was perfect for the kids.

This was our second time staying at this house and everything was great. Our children loved the heated pool and hot tub. We used the wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, coolers and sand toys everytime we went to the beach. We enjoyed walking on the trails around the nearby pond in the mornings and sunsets on the dock in the evenings. This house also has bikes, pool toys, fishing supplies, etc… What a great vacation!

We were empty-nesters taking our first visit to Marco Island and rented this property based on the photos and good reviews. We were not disappointed. This home is spacious and comfortable with all living spaces open onto the lanai and pool. The outdoor lounge area and the pool are fantastic -- and landscaping gives the pool a great degree of privacy. Beach chairs, ample towels, bikes, and more are in the garage. Rental management agency was quick to handle a small issue. A+++

Great Location, VRBO ad is accurate. Very Clean and had EVERYTHING we needed in the house. Was very enjoyable fishing at the dock and local stores had bait and tackle. I was able to hand feed a gray trigger fish at the dock which was unusual. Pool has some maintenance issues that still need to be taken care of. There was considerable non-organic debris floating in the pool during our entire stay that the filter wasn't cleaning. I am certain once the owner takes a look they will get this taken care of. Beach chairs were convenient, we bought a boogie board and left it in the garage to add to the toys and new lures for the fishing poles. Side note: was very thoughtful for owner to have bikes, but two of the four bikes have flat tires. (all four need maintenance) I would recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay in Marco Island at this home. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owner was very responsive to any of our needs. We look forward to visiting again! Also, we left a pack n play for the house if anyone is traveling with children!

We enjoyed the stay at the location. The house even had coolers, fishing poles, beach umbrellas, and pool toys for the kids which were all in great condition. The house was very clean. We would definitely stay there again if we decide to come back to the island.

Everything about this home was amazing. Owner has everything a traveling family needs to enjoy themselves while on the island (bikes, beach chairs, inflatables for the pool, coolers, fishing poles, etc). Great location to beach. House was amazing and heated pool and hot tub were amazing for the family. Owner was great to work with too!

Just a great property! A rarity these days; something actually better than described. The home was spotless when we arrived. It is situated on a beautiful quiet street. The furniture is comfortable and in very good condition. The lanai, pool, and view are fantastic and our favorite aspect of the house. We spent almost every evening grilling, relaxing, and watching the sunset over the canal. One note the spa works great, but the controls located at the spa itself do not work, so you have to use the control panel in the master bedroom. Check-in was a breeze and the management company was very responsive to any question/request we had. The home comes with lots of additional amenities: There are 4 bikes, 5 beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach wagon, rafts, and pool noodles. There are even fishing rods, bait buckets, and a net. If you plan on fishing I would suggest either buying a little tackle kit in Marco or bring your own. My son and I had a blast fishing off the dock in the morning and early evening. Using live shrimp as bait, we caught Lady Fish, Spanish Mackerel, Red drum, Pinfish, Sheepshead, and a lot of Catfish (be careful salt water catfish have slightly toxic spines on their dorsal and pectoral fins that can really hurt). This was our first trip to Marco and we learned that if you plan to drive to the beach be aware there are only 3 public parking lots. The South Beach lot fills up everyday by 10AM and the other two lots always have spaces during the week, but fill up by 1130 AM on the weekends. TigerTail beach has the most spots and is beautiful, but is a 1/2-3/4 mile walk to the beach depending where you park in the lot. Only TigerTail and South Beach have restrooms at the parking lots. Overall an amazing house and stay.

Our trip was a getaway for just my husband and I and our 4 kids ranging from 4-16 years old. The house was perfect. Beautifully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the pool during the day and hot tub as the sun set and it cooled off a bit outside. We really appreciated all of the extra goodies found in the garage. Especially all of the beach supplies for our adventures to the beach. Our 3 boys (11, 14, 16) really loved that they could hop on the bikes to head to the park and explore the island. We cooked a lot at the house and appreciated that the kitchen was completely stocked. We could make our morning smoothies, pizzas in the oven, and steaks on the grill. Communication with the management company was easy as we had a few questions which were quickly solved. Overall a WONDERFUL experience. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
