During Rainy Season As Rock Pool is closed So make some more other Indoor Clubing Area For the Guest to get entertained

Only the location and staff who were pleasant

The most horrific experience we travelled in a group and had booked 9 rooms Out of the nine One room had no power in the night for two days One room telephone was not working One room had no towels placed One room had water get in during rain inside All this and above the reception is far and we depend on buggy’s imagine with no phone working the experience we had

Well maintained property, with nice views of the beach, and greenery all around. Good facilities overall including a well equipped gym, and spa.

Buggy coordination isn't ideal. A bit of waiting around every time one is needed. Might do better with an app where guests can pre-book or schedule the buggy instead of calling every time one is needed.

Variety of cuisines at the Breakfast was nice

We upgraded to Sea View Villa Room but we could hardly see the sea as it was atleast 100 mtrs away and that too with 2 small huts right in front of the room (absolutely dissatisfied), very slow service at the restaurant, non-courteous staff, and were not ready to extend the check out by just 1 hour, I had to literally beg them for it.

everything is good about the property. we loved the Rockpool. value for money.

north indian food can be improved & services needs to be fast as well.

The slow service specially with the breakfast time also there were some dogs in the property who tore our swim trunks

The buffet could have more variety.

W Hotel has impressive location situated between the jungle and the coastline of Vagator Beach. The property overlooks the Arabian Sea and covers 25 acres of beach set against the backdrop of a 500-year old Portuguese Chapora fort. The green landscape is something amazing to observe every day. I was lucky to wake up to some singing of kingfishers every morning and this was a great start of the day. On arrival you see a grand entrance has huge, unframed doors that are always open, and then you see the terrace with round lounge tables overlooking the coastline - this is breath taking. Behind the reception you can see a massive street art mural by Indian artist M. Narayan, which celebrates Goan culture. The property can be explored by golf carts which take you to the RockPool for some music and cocktails, and for a meal you can check Spice Traders and Sylvia Bar. At the main hotel building we had breakfast at the Kitchen Table. We booked 4 rooms and each one was great size with massive bathroom, and lots of automated features. The bed was the amazingly comfortable.

Compared to other W Properties, this fails of 5-star service, so you shouldn't expect similar treatment. There is still room for improvement - such as cleanliness of the bathrooms or attention when you visit the restaurants. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, but they hadn't checked in my room that the shower door was broken, the mirror light needed fixing, and I was missing an iron in the room. We booked 4 rooms and each one was getting different service. As an organiser I wanted my team to feel great so every detail matters when u expect top service. For instance 2 rooms got manager message and fruits, while 2 others didn't. Also if you have USB-C devices you will need to bring adaptors - in other W Hotels that's not the case. The breakfast time at the Kitchen Table was extremely busy, so it was difficult to get tea / coffee or the utensils were missing from the table. There should be more healthy options for breakfast. When we asked to have something fixed, however it was taken care of. Just wanted to share that to reach 5-star service, the guests need to feel this special care at every instance and universally for every guest.
