NO KITCHENETTE. Cost a fortune to eat out twice a day. According to the booking, all accommodation has a kitchenette. we had only a kettle and fridge. The manager tried to charge us for the meals we had, twice. We paid as we ordered but they were somehow added to the bill before we left. Added insult to injury, the fact that we had to eat out all the time. The roof leaked during a storm and all my clothes were soaked and dirty - no coat hangers - it took three days to have my clothes washed by the laundry. I had to nag them daily, to get my clothes back.

Excellent! A highly recommendable place to stay at, clean, very safe, with friendly and most attentive and helpful staff. When my wife got sick, the hotel made every effort to help us with everything practical, including driving us in their own car to a good hospital at four o'clock in the morning. Everyone at the hotel showed great concern for my wife, and she is now well again. I have returned there twice, and each time I can see that the hotel has improved facilities such as the beach even further. Highly priceworthy with good communications to both Monrovia center and Buchanan.

The food was good, the staff was nice, the private patio. Smart tv,good WiFi, multiple outdoor setting areas. Different back drops for picture. Huge shower ❤️ and the room service.

It was 2 of us in the room when we first checked in it was only one towel and wash cloth. We had to wait until the next morning to ask for towels and when we did it tool them almost 30mins to 1 hr to bring them after asking a second time. Staff did not provide updates.has some staff members just lounging around

I could not get internet connection in my room. I had to go the the lobby, the weather was very very hot! You could sweat your deodorant off!! So the lobby was no use to me. I couldn't handle the heat. There were only 1 fan in the lobby. So the lobby was no use to me. So, I couldn't get a stable internet connection. So it was like not having Wi-Fi. There was a lack of communication, because the the Wi-Fi code changed also, There was a lot of issues with communication. between the staff and the Manager The phone in the room didn't work. I was given 3 different bills for my room the Manager said because of the embarrassment and confusion he would remove the room the tax. He didn't the tax was still on the bill. There was no need to argue. I owed so my integrity said pay it. His integrity is the question?.

He said he was going to remove the cost of the tax for my room, because of the embarrassment and confusion. He didn't the cost was still there. My integrity said pay it . His integrity is questionable? no phone in the room.

Beach and village location; relaxed atmosphere/approach to hotelling!

The property was clean, tidy, and affordable for the degree of service received.

I didn’t like the fact that some folks keep banging on the wooden floor. this was so annoying. i believe some sort of construction was on going. Management should strategize and do all repairs work strategically.
