Beachcomber ist ein großes Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern mit vielen Extras. Die Master Suite ist zum Meer ausgerichtet und verfügt über einen privaten Zugang zur Terrasse, ein Kingsize-Bett, einen dekorativen Kamin und ein eigenes Bad mit Doppelwaschbecken, einer großen Dusche mit Bänken und zwei Duschköpfen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer, ebenfalls auf der Meerseite, verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten und einen Fernseher / Videorecorder. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und befindet sich neben dem zweiten Badezimmer mit einer großen ebenerdigen Dusche. Das geräumige, großartige Zimmer bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer von Cortez, eine Bartresen mit Spüle und großem Kühlschrank, einen dekorativen Kamin, viele Sitzgelegenheiten, Sat-TV, CD und WLAN. Ein ungewöhnliches Merkmal dieses Hauses ist sein separater Speisesaal mit viel Platz für alle acht Gäste. Neben dem Esszimmer befindet sich die Küche, die mit allen wichtigen Geräten wie Geschirrspüler, Müllentsorgung, Kochinsel mit Spüle und Entsorgung, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Mikrowelle, Toaster und einem weiteren Essbereich ausgestattet ist. Angrenzend an die Küche befindet sich ein Spielzimmer mit einem Fernseher / Videorecorder. Zu den Außeneinrichtungen gehören eine sehr große überdachte Veranda mit vielen Möbeln und ein Holzkohlegrill (eigene Holzkohle mitbringen). Über diesem Bereich befindet sich eine obere Sonnenterrasse, die von außerhalb des Hauses zugänglich ist, und es hat auch Möbel. Zu weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen Zentralheizung / Klimaanlage, Außendusche und Ventilatoren in allen Zimmern. Besitzer wünscht kein Rauchen im Haus und keine Haustiere. Bettwäsche und ein Satz Badetücher werden gestellt. 2 Nächte Minimum während der Woche; Mindestaufenthalt von 3 Nächten an Wochenenden im März, April, Mai und Oktober sowie an allen Feiertagen.

Loved the location, especially that it was close to Manny’s! The house had just about everything we needed. The garbage disposal did not work, & dishwasher supplies were not enough. Power went out a couple of times & it was a good thing we had flashlights! The house was comfortable, but clearly needs maintenance. Loved the sound of the waves!!! Walking on the beach was heavenly!

Location was perfect. House needs some love. Faucets not working, roof leak in one bedroom, no hot water, low water pressure. Advertised outdoor shower that didn’t work. Refrigerator froze everything even after we turned it down twice. Not major issues, but for the price, would expect better. Got stuck in the driveway after a rain. Good thing I had a truck, if we had the wife’s car, would have need d a tow!
In spite of that, we still had a good time. A really great location

We love to stay at this house. Because is spacious. There are just a few things the house need. Needs some fixings and updates. It needs a deep cleaning. You could see all the dust in the ceiling from the vents. We'll continue to book this house every year if possible

Plenty of room fro 4 male quests. Location was fine . House was clean with plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc. Dry bar area was a real bonus.Oceano staff were great. The big negatives were a burned out water pump that was not fixed when notified, it was only “Gerry rigged “. We had no television for the first 2 days and when maintenance came out to activate it all we got was all Mexicanstations except one free m England. Our final thoughts it s the of the proof the property needs the put some effort to get things for fed and perhaps

Please read the reviews before booking this house. Absolutely the most broken down house we have ever rented in Mexico. This house needs some serious upkeep, there were water pressure issues in the master bathroom shower and the Kitchen sink. The master door wouldn’t open to the patio/beach, there are zero cleaning supplies including a broom, mop, washer/dryer etc
The dishwasher couldn’t be used (no detergent) the Furnature was Disgusting both of the couches need thrown away you could not even sit on them without putting a blanket down first. Our checkin time was about an hour and a half late due to it not being cleaned in time. Out of the three bathrooms the one closest to the kitchen couldn’t be used because the shower knob was broken, the guest bathroom had mold growing in it. The pots and pans were old and just abused- the entire kitchen needs a reset with fresh pots, pans and appliances they were all falling apart including the refrigerator, the door would not close properly. The decor was miss matched, dusty and cluttered. I think guest would take better care of your home if you provided supplies to keep it clean especially when someone is staying for a week- they need the basic cleaning necessities specifically a broom. The view and beach access was great.

Nice home, had to find circuit breakers to reset for some rooms. Lots of rocks on this part of the Las Conchas beach.

Check in was at 4 pm. Cleaning staff did not leave until 630 pm. Cleaning from whoever stayed prior to our group. Maintenance guy was also there trying to fix the bathroom sink. For more than two hours we did not get our privacy. On a positive note…. distance from house to beach is short. I also noticed that Rocky Point felt very safe this time around. Police were very laid back non present.

1st time staying here at Beachcomber on Las Conchas, wont be the last. House is exactly as described, lots of room for 8 people. Everything you need in the kitchen is there for food prep. Like the separate wet bar area. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Master bedroom and bath is huge. Water pressure real low in master bath, but it gets the job done. Living room is nice and roomy. Flat screen TV, with a firestick but no remote. Luckily I brought our firestick and we were able to stream. The star of the show is the fully covered patio. We spent most of our time here. The view of the Sea of Cortez is spectacular. There are 3 nice tables with 9 chairs to lounge around in. The steps from the patio then lead you to the beach.
Kids had a great time. Bring your swim shoes as there are lots of rocks and going barefoot is not a good idea. Need to have a broom or mop to clean or sweep up the floors. This has also been noted in a previuos review. Also, the water hose in the back is in dire need of replacement. I had some 3M tape to cover the large hole in the hose, was able to use it to wash down the patio from sand. Some recepticles, are loose, and some dont work like the one outside in the patio. Overall, this is place is awesome, it could be fantastic with some TLC. We will be staying here again

The home was nice, clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for a family of eight. It would have been alot nicer if the property had a washer and dryer to wash our clothing. We also looked for simple cleaning supplies such as a broom or small vacuum to sweep the sand off the floors. We had to buy soap and towels to wash dishes on a daily basis as we like to keep house clean during our stay. Overall the house is big and beautiful with more than enough room for eight people. Having a garage was also nice, we were able to secure our vehicles during our stay. Overall this property was superb. Maybe next time the property will have basic cleaning essentials to maintain a clean and tidy environment.

Overall we were pleased with the Beachcomber for the cost. It was larger than we thought it would be and overall in pretty good condition. I liked that it was right by the guard shack so it is one of the closest homes in Las Conchas to town. The furniture seems to have been updated recently in the family room, other guests had mentioned that needed to be done. Also, no issues with the water pressure in the showers or hot water issues or dishwater issues. We did have a handful of ants one time but we were prepared with spray and didn’t have any more issues. There were only 2 areas that I would caution future renters about. One – the kitchen did not have ‘the basics’ that I normally find when renting in Las Conchas. Not cutting board, cleaning supplies, Tupperware, etc. I did call the office and they brought a broom by – the rest of the supplies I had to buy on my own which, in my opinion, should be included. The other is the location / beach which obviously the owner has no control over. When the tide anything but high tide, there are a ton of rocks / coral on the beach that are very sharp and makes getting in and out of the water very difficult. We ended up driving further into las conchas (section 12/13) as the beaches there are much safer. All that said, you are still getting a great deal at the given rate.

We've never rented from Oceano and will do so again! The staff was fantastic with great communications. The property is ideally located and we found it to be clean. Our ONLY issue was the outside furniture. We read that the upstairs Margarita Deck had ample seating and found 1 rickety lounge chair. On the main veranda, the chairs were all plastic??? Also, water in the master shower had no pressure.

We had an amazing stay at Beachcomber! The location can’t be beat! The house was clean and bigger than we expected! There was no second refrigerator as pictured, but they accommodated with a drink cooler. There were not any paper towels, dish soap, or hand soap, so we had to get our own. But that didn’t affect the fun we had at this home! The upstairs balcony was great and has a perfect view and breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Beachcomber! The location can’t be beat! The house was clean and bigger than we expected! There was no second refrigerator as pictured, but they accommodated with a drink cooler. There were not any paper towels, dish soap, or hand soap, so we had to get our own. But that didn’t affect the fun we had at this home! The upstairs balcony was great and has a perfect view and breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

The home had plenty of room for us all to sleep. Including one night when a couple of us slept on the room top veranda.
The home itself felt warm in cozy however, we spent almost the entire time either on the back covered patio or on the beach. We cooked a couple of meals in the kitchen. It had most of the utinsels that a group of men would need to cook. The Ley grocery store in town had a wonderful selection of fruits and vegetables, and most anything else you would expect to find.
Some might find it annoying, but we were blessed that several times during the day various vendors would pass by the veranda and offer cigars, cocktails, specialty fruits, hats, massages, etc. We enjoyed a wonderful beachside massage on two different days.
I highly recommend this location for peace and relaxation.
