Just really cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at this house. Our first visit was last fall and we fell in love with this home away from home. We just knew we would be back! It is so clean, well stocked, beautifully and comfortably decorated, and the backyard and spa is incredible. It was awesome! Thank you so much Laura and John!

The owners were fantastic. They really cater to your experience. They provide that extra touch. I have never stayed anywhere where the vacation rental match the pics. Absolutely no disappointments! There was not a speck of dirt or anything out of place. There wasn’t anything that wasn’t thought through. The appliances were high end. Everything looked brand new. The backyard is a quiet oasis. Truly a gorgeous welcoming hideaway.

The property is exactly as described. We rented the property because we wanted to vacation out West and visit the Hoover Dam, Valley of Fire, Red Rock Canyon, and Grand Canyon. This house was perfectly suited to visit all of the above. Hoover Dam and Valley of Fire about an hour drive. Grand Canyon was about 3.5 hours and Red Rock Canyon - 20 minutes. And about 20 minutes from the airport and the strip. I'm glad we chose this house and didn't stay any closer to the strip - it was nice having the downtime in the evening after our sightseeing. We are a family of 4 and there was enough space for us to have our own space at times. We all loved the hot tub. The house was clean, modern, and had everything you need. We didn't cook (momma's on vacation!) but the kitchen has everything you need to cook. Neighborhood was quiet. Lots of restaurants around. We ordered out and delivery was fast. No problems checking in, no problems with the house - we never had to call the owners for anything. Texted them on the last day just to confirm a few things on check-out and to let them know we were checking out and their reply was very fast so I have no doubt if we would have had any problems, they would have been responsive. I would stay here again.

What to say about this amazing home? The short version? Stay here, you won’t regret it. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s. This was by far the best property we’ve ever stayed at. The attention to detail inside far exceeded our expectations. Small things like quality towels, mattresses, sheets and clean throw blankets. The furniture was high quality as well. Not what you would normally expect in a short term rental. Great location to the strip. About a 15 minute drive. The hosts, Laura and John, were a pleasure to work with. We had a small issue with the hot tub that was quickly resolved.

It was great. We had everything we could need here.

Excellent curb appeal. Backyard was superb - gentle lighting at night was beautiful - looks like a private resort! Hot tub was fantastic. Open, light and airy floodplain was very conducive to family interaction. Nicely decorated - the artwork was contemporary and inviting. We'll furnish kitchen.

We are old friends that meet once a year to relax and catch up. We found this house and its jacuzzi backyard perfect. We even ditched our last day plans to go back to the strip and stayed in the backyard all day. The beds are comfortable and the dining table has plenty of room for long dinner conversations. All in all a perfect house for our girl group of six.

We stayed here Super Bowl weekend. The house is even better than the reviews. The hot tub/spa was a bonus! We highly recommend this place. Only 6 miles from Las Vegas Boulevard, but just far enough to get away from the craziness of the strip when you want to. The owners were great with communication.

Property was clean and just as nice as the pictures. The whole house was fully stocked. Kitchen , bathrooms, laundry room, bedrooms and yard all had everything we needed and extras! They even left us a few water bottles in the refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect! Plenty of space. Easy access to everything. Very very clean! The owners were quick to respond! If you want to cook everything was right there & in excellent condition to do so!

We booked this property to attend our daughter’s wedding in Las Vegas and stayed at their lovely home with our son and his wife and our 1 year old grandson. The house was set up perfectly and the flow, furniture and decor was beautiful and cozy and welcoming. They had a high chair and pack and play and even children’s dinnerware. The bedrooms had everything we needed even extra bedding (which the bedding in my opinion was the BEST!) the home was super clean and functional. The patio was beautiful and well thought out. When I reserved this home the first thing that caught my eye were the pictures. It looked so modern and clean I was like, "Yeah, this is it". After receving the rules and policies I was like, "Dang that's a lot of rules". Once I got there I realized that this was a 5 star home and had 5 star rules. The home was even better than the pictures showed. Getting in was great. They had it all set up just for us and it was very easy. When we walked in we all said "Wow, now this is a nice home". It was very cozy too. Plenty of space to spread out but quaint enough for it to be like home. Our stay here was pretty much perfect. There were all the things you need when away from home. There really was no need for anything "extra" when going to the grocery store. All we needed was food. We were apprehensive about using the hot tub because it was so cold at night there. Thank goodness we were. It was sooo nice getting in especially since this was one of the main reasons we chose this house. There were clear instructions on how to use it. There was one night while asleep we heard something talking like the alarm said something so we were a little alarmed. The next day I called Laura and the alarm company checked and called me within minutes to say it wasn't the alarm. Come to find out it was the carbon monoxide detectors say that the batteries were low. John was there within 10 minutes to replace them. This was overall a 5 star stay and is highly recommended!!

This property was everything we were expecting and more. The min we walked in we knew we picked the right place. I was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a perfect setting to relax and visit. They have every detail covered. I never needed to communicate too much with them, they made sure I knew everything I needed to know and the odd question I had they answered asap.

Clean, well stocked, perfect place for Las Vegas away from the strip.

We spent four nights here with friends and really enjoyed our stay. Just like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood about 15-20 minutes from the strip. Will stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful time in Vegas. This VRBO is so nice to drive to and stay. It's quiet and cozy. The Jacuzzi is clean and made relaxing after a long day the best part. Enough room for the 4 of us and we enjoyed the time we were here. Beautiful property. Laura and John were very responsive and helpful the whole time. Thank you for everything.

Laura was an absolutely amazing host, she was very responsive, very clear directions for checkin and out. The home was immaculate, even more beautiful than the pictures. We travel often for business all over the country and this was hands down the best VRBO we have stayed in, beds so comfortable, linens are high quality, Laura has literally thought of everything! My one concern was a review from a previous person who mentioned the AC was regulated, was set to high 70s and it was not the case. We had it set at a very comfortable 72 for the entire time w not issues. Would recommend this business travelers, families basically anyone. It’s not a party house, or party neighborhood. If you’re planning doing that pick a different place this is a very high end home in a beautiful neighborhood. I cannot say enough about our stay and our host! We really hit the jackpot in Vegas w this home. Thank you Laura

John and Laura have the best house to stay in. This was our second stay at their house and we were so happy. First of all the neighborhood is so nice and quiet. The house is absolutely beautiful, it looks like it’s out of a magazine. The house has everything that you could need. It’s just like being at home but better. The beds are very comfortable. The living room is also very luxurious and has enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen is stunning and it has every component to cook anything you want if you so desire. Also the bathrooms are very lovely. The backyard is just like being at a resort but better because it’s private and very peaceful. It’s so wonderful to just sit outside and enjoy the peacefulness. Another great thing about the house is that everything you could need is a very short ride away. John and Laura have a wonderful house in a beautiful neighborhood. They are extremely lovely to work with because they care about your vacation. I cannot say enough great things about John and Laura and their beautiful house. We will definitely stay there again and I suggest for you to stay there too.🌸

We stayed here for the first time back in 2018. Now travel brought us back to Las Vegas again and we stayed here again for a week. Simply perfect. We couldn‘t have asked for more. Laura and John were super helpful and responsive during the booking process but also afterwards, which we highly appreciate. The online pictures describe the property very well. Cleaning was again outstanding. The garden was redone in the past years, and we enjoyed that quite a bit. Same applies for the BBQ Thank you, Laura and John, for everything.

Best VRBO we have ever stayed at! Pictures are totally accurate. Exceptionally clean and welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. Soft, comfy bedding, linens, and towels. The kitchen has everything you need. We spent many hours in the beautifully landscaped back yard.. enjoying meals on the patio, reading on the chaise lounges, and relaxing in the spa. Communications with Laura and John were outstanding. We will be staying at this beautiful home away from home again! Thank you!!!

This is the second time my family/friends have stayed in this house for five days (9/1/23-9/6/23). The house has everything you need for a short and/or long stay. It is a blend of contemporary/traditional with updated furniture. Kitchen has all modern convivences, top of the line appliances, pots/pans, etc. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms roomy. Backyard has a hot tub, grill, patio /lawn furniture, and table for six people. Neighborhood is safe with parking. Laura and John are the consummate host and always available at a moment's notice. This will always be our go to house when we stay in Vegas. Linda Woods-Harris

Pros - The home looks even better in person! There is so much thought put into what you would need to feel at home. There are little reminders posted all over about the trash day, how to use the Spa, where to eat, etc. The notes are done very tastefully and the home feels like one you’d live in not one that several others use. If I needed something like a hot dryer or blanket, it was easy to find because it was in a common sense location. Another great thing (little thing but very thoughtful) the fridge was full of bottled water and the cabinet had distilled water for use in the coffee maker. The bed linens and towels are plush like a 5star hotel. Very well done!!! Cons: I knew there were cameras but the one overlooking the hot tub in the back was a little weird for me. My husband (more of an exhibitionist) didn’t mind so much but I limited the use of the spa as a result. Lastly, the air wasn’t allowed to be placed below 73..which made it very hard to sleep at night in the heat. Somehow when we’d leave the property we’d come back and the air would be on 76-81 degrees. We’d have to turn it back down to 73 which at first feels better until you try to sleep in it. A recommendation would be never allowing below 70 instead of 73. This would seem to be more practical and comfortable, especially at night. Or perhaps an automatic setting to keep the home feeling cool. Overall a great home and owners who take pride and care for their home and the people that stay there.

This is a beautiful property that is quiet and in a good neighborhood. Home amenities were aplenty and as advertised. Comfortable bed, very clean and the perfect spot IMO to get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Modern decor and a beautiful quart kitchen with an island. Would definitely recommend for a getaway that leaves you close enough to rideshare affordably to Fremont St or to the strip

Just as pictured. Everything needed is within the space. All appliances, dishes, cups cutlery cooking dishes, pots, bowls etc.. even coffee filters and pods for the Kuerig. The outdoor space is meticulously designed and fully private. The bedrooms are comfortable. Everything is modern and really thoughtfully designed. We will go back!! Great stay we enjoyed it very much! It was peaceful.

Just as advertised. I will be staying there again.
