host was lovely but shower was not good, water not going down and water not good temperature.

Everything was amazing! I think it was the first apartment that it looks much better when you see it than on the pictures! Hosts were very nice, kind and helpful. Especially Marios who was waiting us with very warm greetings and good tips. Everything was perfect, we wishes to stay longer!

The location is very good, in a very calm neighbourhood but at the same time very close to the city centre. It was very easy to find a spot for parking close to the house. The host was very friendly and kind, we did a very late check-in and he was waiting for us without complaining or charging us an extra fee for late check-in. It felt like being at home. If I come back to Kalamata, definitely I will stay here again.

It is close to the city center

It was clean but only in the surface. The drawers where not clean, even the cutlery drawer was not clean. In the bedroom there was a spot near the headboard that was full of dust. Also in the bedroom there are no curtains and in the morning yoh wake up early.

Upon our arrival, the hosts were very friendly. They even offered to wash our clothes for us, since the apartment did not have a washing machine.

The day we arrived, when we were about to go to sleep, we found beg bugs and a lot of dirt on the beds (under the beds, mattresses, pillows). Looks like they haven't been cleaned in years. We ran to find another hotel. The next morning, we returned the keys to the hostess and tried to explain the problem to her. She did not want to return the entire reservation money.

The house, on the first floor, is truly huge with a well equipped kitchen. It also has a large and beautiful terrace where you can relax, have a beer or eat some olives. Air conditioning is present both in the living room and in each bedroom. Parking is in the surrounding streets which are a bit narrow and quite full of other parked cars (nothing unmanageable anyway; I parked in front of the house without any problem). The city center is about a 10-15 minute walk. The lady who gave us the keys (and who lives downstairs) doesn't speak English, but we managed to understand each other without problems with gestures. (The man I assume is) her son instead speaks English and was very kind to give us advice on where to dine.

A high support where to insert the shower head during washing would be very useful (but this seems to be a "problem" common to many Greek apartments: D)
