Colazione ok, ma nulla di eccezionale

The B&B is almost next to the Dione, very central, we’ll designed on the 5th floor of an apartment complex. The owners were very quick to respond and helpful, their person in charge of the rooms, Anna, fantastic, kind and obliging. The room has all necessary amenities and is most modern and comfortable. A pleasurable experience.

Clean and safe

The Quadruple Room with Private Bathroom was large enough for two, and it was near the center of Benevento.

There was no wi-fi at the room. Communication with proprietor was difficult. If it weren't for the maid that was there, I'm not sure we would have been able to get in. The room was over a heavily trafficked area of town, which made for a poor sleep. When we got back home, our credit card bill showed that we were pre-charged for the room twice, on May 23 and May 25, for a one night stay on May 30. The breakfast had no personal service, it was packaged snacks, nothing substantive..

Even though I have booked the room very last minute, the host went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable - he even offered to pick me up from the train station! The communication throughout the stay was very smooth. The flat is very clean, the room is spacious and well furbished with a very comfortable bed (important if you like me prefer harder matresses). Oh, and the breakfast buffet is filled with great snacks and drinks - everything and more than you could expect.

The place is clean, and the room was comfy. The host is awesome and cheerfully. I asked him for a pick up from the train station and he picked me with his cool car, although the train was late he still waited until i arrived and welcomed me with big smile.
