Paying extra for passes, the property was nice and clean but on the expensive side

Booked last minute. Owners got I. Touch and provided contact details in case of any concerns. No concerns as all was good but great to know we could get in touch easily

The size of the caravan was great and had everything we needed inside.

Ants. Came home with bite marks. Found them in the kitchen, on the corridor floor. In my little boys bed and bedside unit. No remote for 2 of the TVs. Internet didn’t work. Seems very worn and in need of a bit of TLC. Dirty bedding had blood stains on it and one of the rooms were smelly. Rusty furniture on the outside area and rubbish around the bottom of the caravan. The caravan is also in a very noisy part of the site. Didn’t sleep too well due to people walking up the path screaming and shouting for about an hour.

The lodge was like home from home and was in a very quite part of the park which we wanted. The lodge itself exceeded my expectations and the little extras where a bonus which i have never had in any other company we have used. There was Alexa provided, also Netflix as well. Also a television in all the bedrooms, There was decking provided around the lodge

The decking and Seating could have done with being cleaned as couldnt sit outside due to this.
