Calm and quiet environment, good food, lovely host and beautiful beaches nearby

Shower was a bit annoying, the glass door didnt fit and everything got wet. Bit hard to set the right temp. Toilet seat was impossible to set upright

What a fantastic holiday destination! Great facilities for both parents and kids, with ample items to play with (toys, books, games, items for in the pool), great food, great location and fantastic host. We were supposed to stay for a week but extended our stay with five more days. There was enough to do close to the location, in terms of beautiful beaches with a lot of great beach bars, little towns to visit with good restaurants as well, historic places (eg Olympia) and nature (a lot of waterfalls close by, where you could wonder off, climb a bit and swim). Next to the pool, there was a list of 30 go-to items or so. At the “resort” there was a big swimming pool, where you would always catch a nice breeze coming in from the sea. And a lovely all-day restaurant, with a fixed menu for both adults (Greek salad, different types of vegetables, extensive list of cocktails) and kids (spaghetti, fries, etc) ánd a few daily changing specials (from moussaka to roasted lamb to stuffed peppers). The extensive breakfast changed daily as well, from pancakes to self made pies to different types of eggs. We greatly enjoyed the food and the homely style cooking and didn’t even consider cooking ourselves for once, as to our standards it was very affordable. Even though you have everything you need at your cottage/maisonette. Marina, the hostess and owner, was always there for any question and was genuinely looking out for us and we as trying to get in touch with our son. She even opened the breakfast an hour and a half early, when we had to leave early in the morning for our flight back home. And she, like most Greeks in the region, was very proud of all the local places to visit and the local produce and cuisine, so everything was very local and eco-friendly.
