The view from the deck was spectacular- uninterrupted views of the mountians! The unit was close to the village but being Summer Season, just about all businesses were closed. The unit was comfortable, but small, and had all facilities you’d expect. Well priced.

There were loud renovations happening downstairs over a long weekend, and we hadn’t been informed. The building not well signed and we had difficulty finding the unit.

rubbish from previous guests still there, not super clean, terrible communication with staff, stuck out the front for 2 hours trying to check in, cleaner walked into our room on last morning without even knocking before check out time

Friendly staff (prompt response to my questions before arrival, assisting in my check very easy). View from the balcony was spectacular (Could see sea of clouds and sunset going down the Alpine!). Located in the central area of Mt Hotham and walking distance to supermarket / restaurant / ski lift etc (they were actually all closed though as I stayed there off ski season - I got food and drinks at the town of Bright). Large fridge / freezer in the room is a plus too.

Building bit aged. Upon checking in, noticed food stains on quilt cover and saw several corps of moth on the floor in the room (Indeed moths were everywhere e.g. in the room, corridor and dozens at the building entrance door flying around fluorescent lights at night / early morning).

It didn't come with breakfast. Location and view was great. Easy access. Plenty of room. Kitchen appliances and pots, pans, plates, glasses etc were extremely well stocked. Amenities were all good. Overall very nice, great value. Would stay there again. Thank you

We had to wash every glass and plate etc before we could use them they were put away extremely dirty with bits of food stuck on just everything we used..

The bed was quite uncomfortable and the bathroom was not entirely clean
