The location of the hotel and the breakfast was good.

The rooms are extremely noisy, you can hear every step in the hallway and every movement of people who live in the rooms next door or above. The outdoor pool is not heated, which may not be a problem in the summer, but would be nice in the spring with the "icy" temperatures. Use of the whirlpool is possible but at an extra cost of €16 per person per half hour. I understand that here a regulation must be found to divide the one whirlpool among the hotel guests, but the hotel should definitely not dub itself as a spa. In a spa I expect more than just a whirlpool that you can then use only at extra cost. The hotel restaurant gave me a nice food poisoning on the second evening, so I was allowed to spend 24 hours of my 72 hour stay tied to the bed and toilet. You can expect something like that on vacation, but not when you pay such prices in an upscale restaurant.

I like the position the cleanliness and most of the staff

we were there for 5 days and reported the TV not working properly on the first day nothing was done until the last day Being winter we would have appreciated it for a few hours. Also we went for breakfast at 9.20 one morning and there was next to nothing left and what was there was cold paying 30 Euros for it I expected more

Room was clean and comfortable although a little compact. Private parking available at a cost.

Most of the main courses in the tasting menu were served cold and would have been better served hot. Breakfast was disappointing.

I had my wallet stolen from the lunch dining table - spoilt the whole trip to be honest. Reception staff were very understanding but could not resolve this issue - I thought I could trust someone to hand this in as I have visited this hotel 8 times before but this has spoiled my experience. I will think twice before staying here again, sadly.

Lovely hotel, excellent position, stones throw from the beach. Scrupulously clean and comfortable room. Breakfast choice and quality very good. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

No negative comments whatsoever, could not fault the hotel.

The location and view was excellent. The staff are really welcoming and helpful.

The bathroom needs a little improvement especially the shower area. The price did not include breakfast etc.

Good location, great view of the beach and - clean compact room.

Limited bedroom storage, shower area in bathroom needed to be refreshed as it has some tile staining and mould in places.
