semplice ma molto pulito, grande parcheggio gratuito, a 5 min in macchina da Gardaland, buona colazione continentale

Direi veramente ottima la posizione, l'hotel è a pochi km dalle tante attrazioni come parchi avventura e giardini. La struttura ben tenuta e staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile. Ottima anche la colazione.

Apertivi dozzinali, senza nessun tipo di accompagnamento culinario se non che due noccioline e patatine a richiesta, visto i 40€ di aperitivo, e poi bagno delle camere non puliti e questo mi spiace visto la cifra!! Sono stato in passato in questa struttura e non avevo nulla da dire, tornare ad essere quello che eravate visto che una bella base c’è!!

This is specific on room number 2: 1. The toilet is smelly. It smells like poop. They gave us some spray to counter the smell but we need to re- spray every few hours as the smells goes back again. 2. The door going to the main room cannot be closed. The smell of the toilet goes thru the room and this makes the door a huge factor in our complaint. We don't mind if the main room cannot be closed if there is no smelly toilet 3. They require us to put a deposit of €200 just in case, but the condition of the room was terrible: a. The cooking stove is missing. What's the purpose of all kitchenware if the stove is missing. When we complained, they gave us an induction cooker, but the 2 kitchenware is not induction-capable, so it is basically useless b. Microwave looks/smells odd that we did not use it at all. I do not want to risk my deposit for that c. Utensils are questionable at best. d. Dining table is present but no dining chairs. We took one chair from our friends' unit as their room has 4. 4. Staff said we should park our auto in front of our room, but obviously, not all tenants understood or received that memo. We ended up parking too far since our slot was used by other guests that stays at a different room. 5. We complained all items above right after we saw the room and since there is no available replacement room (at least this is what they said), they said they will fix it once we leave the room the next day. When we came back after our Gardaland park escapade, nothing has changed or fixed.

Practical

Nothing near by to dine or else

Very close to Gardaland and late check-in. The apartment was spacious and they even have a swiming pool. The personal was also very nice and smoke english very well.
