Great location for the centre of Bruge, staff really helpful, roomy comfortable room
Parking can be tight but it's OK. Our room was in an annexe near the hotel, this wasn't really a problem though

Emplacement idéal. Très bien accueilli avec une présentation très détaillée des restaurants et activités faite à l'accueil dès notre arrivée. Chambre très bien et petit déjeuner continental top. En plus il y a un petit parking fermé (qu'il faut réserver à l'avance).

Staff very helpful. The location is really good in a quiet street but near the centre. Great place to explore on foot.

The location was great, just a few minutes from the main spare. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from.
Our room was at the front next to the flag poles- one of which was broken and made a rattling sound and high pitch squeaking both night due to the wind, so we slept terribly until we got some earplugs from reception.

Great location for exploring Bruges.
The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, in particular helpful in providing information regarding places to eat and local transport.
The breakfast was great, lots of choice.
Our room was very comfortable with a well stocked mini bar and toiletries.

i booked a room several months ago, the only option was standard rooms... but when i came to 4 star hotel, it turned out, that for their mistake it was registered budgetary room, which is not located in hotel (its called aragon home which is 200 meter away from hote, l) which has not elevator , from 3-to 4 floor, (it was a great problem to pull heavy suitcases, without elevator ) when you book, require exact photos', otherwise, you will get into surprise...and in the bathroom the water was plugged...when i required to cancel booking, they refused and promised that they would change room, but then they required extra money for changing the room. i am very unsatisfied they destroyed my birthday...

The breakfast was very good - plenty of choice and helpful staff the location was perfect for a weekend sightseeing, so central to everything we wanted to see and do with plenty of good restaurants in the surrounding area.

Location was perfect, very central. Parking for free in the inner yard. Very good breakfast, big choice and relaxed sitting.
Our room was located in the separate building in the inner yard, which was close to the laundry room. It was noisy, there is no privacy. If you open the curtains (we stayed on the ground floor), staff can look directly into your room. Do not take room 001.

The room sizes were smaller than I thought. The pictures are somewhat misleading on line as they show other rooms from suites from another building next door that they own!

The location is ideal.
I booked in this hotel because the hotel has private car parking. In reality there are only few (6?) car park slots. The hotel informed me at the very last moment that there are no places available. Fortunately, there's public parking very close to the hotel which is quite cheap.

Initially our families rooms were in separate buildings. The staff did try to change this but it meant we had different rooms than we booked. We had requested rooms to be close when booking and were disappointed this was not arranged

We were upgraded which was a pleasant surprise, there was a good variety of food for breakfast. The hotel was in a great location.
It was a shame you had to leave the apartment and walk outside to go to the restaurant for breakfast however the walk was only a minute or two.
