The dinner was beautiful!!! Compliments to the chef

Dinner was included in the stay, kitchen was under pressure table was booked at 7.45.. No orders were being taken for 45 mins.. Then supplimemt charges applied for certain mains.. Which wasn't highlighted on the menu clearly.

Beds were comfy Good atmosphere at bar

Pool was quite dirty Disappointing that the hot tub was not included in the price No shower gel in changing rooms Room was cramped and only provided a bar of soap to wash hands Breakfast was disappointing- pastries/fruit were bare and not fresh, along with warm milk Main food must have been lying for a while as it was not that hot. I would give this hotel 3 stars, not 4.

No shelf in the shower to hold toiletries

we’ve stayed 3 times previously, this was our fourth and it was gorgeous as always. the executive twin was outstanding!

the only thing that let the trip down for us was our afternoon tea we had booked. we were sat waiting for an hour, therefore affecting our spa booking for 4pm and had to also change this. the food looked threw together and was brought out separately, not all on the tower. In the room unfortunately we couldn’t get the heat turned down and was very warm all night, keeping me awake for most of the night. we opened the windows but the radiator in the bathroom was so hot.

Clean modern hotel with lovely staff. Great pool and leisure facilities. Restaurant was brilliant for both dinner and breakfast.

This hotel was so nice for being beside a main carriageway. The staff, the room where exceptional especially when the room has its own double jacuzzi and the facilties where great to make use off too. The food in the restaurant was amazing as well with great service from the staff.

Likes the pool,sauna,steam room staff and hotel only problem was the room number 202 it was near a door and very noisy and people were talking loud as they passed through door

Room 202 was very noisy near the hallway door opening and shutting and people talking as they came through door we have stayed here 3 times before and really enjoyed it but this time.e room was noisy near corridor doors rest of it was great thankyou

The same dinner menu for the bar and restaurant with only a small selection of starters and mains. No food was served in the bar on Friday night. Stains on the bedroom and bathroom ceilings.

Absolutely everything from start to finish we cannot wait to return.

Clean hotel, everything else was a disappointment

Went away for husbands 50th birthday, wasn't a cheap 2 night stay and i was't impressed at all. Staff not very helpful, lack of toilet rolls, coffee, and towels. Pool, sauna and steam room small and bad condition. Breakfast v poor (everything deep fried) way over priced for condition of hotel. Steam room was like sitting in a normal room. Hotel needs updating, not 4 star accommodation. Will NOT be back and wouldn't recommend.

We stayed in the presidential room it was beautiful, clean and overall a stunning room and not to mention the beautiful hot tub bath would highly recommend and can't wait to stay again.
